Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Great little car. I sold my first one and realized I need it. Great on gas and never had any issues. Why the didn't take off on the US I will never under. I have had multiple back surgeries and can't get in and out of most cars. The Smart Car is easy to get in and out and had plenty of room inside and I am 260 pound man. I have plenty of room.
