Made a long distance purchase. Was very leary buying a car that I was unable to test drive. But Jordan pretty accurately described the car and even offered to help set up an independent person to evaluate it. Came across as a reputable business that I would work with again.

I had mine for a long time, bought used as my first car, survived getting hit on the rear end, was simple enough for me and my dad to repair the few problems that popped up (at 164,000 miles) and kept going strong for me for 7 years until another accident got her totaled. I was perfectly safe from the accident, and the years I was driving it, it preformed fantastically. I see a lot of people complain about how it drives, and I will admit at first it was weird, but it really just takes you learning it. The shifts aren't random they're at specific speeds, and frankly if the shifting creates a problem you're either driving poorly or you have a mechanical problem. As long as you slowly go on the gas instead of suddenly slamming the pedal down the shifting is graceful. The issue I see some people mention about it feeling bad to control at highway speeds, I have not encountered. I drove 70mph highways 5+ times a week for years and never had a problem, did 85mph highways sometimes and still no problems. It has way enough room, I regularly had a 6'4" guy in the passenger and he was fine, I've had an almost 7 foot guy in the passenger and he admitted he was more comfortable in the Smart than any SUVs or Sedans he had been in. I'm a pretty small person so of course it's perfect for me, the turn radius and being able to park in essentially any space I want is amazing, the back actually has a lot of room and if you don't have a passenger you can extend it even more- I helped someone move with my Smart and while we didn't try furniture since we had a truck for that, it took 2 extra large boxes, a slew of plants, like 6 smaller boxes to fill gaps, 4 bags of vacuum packed linens, plus a decent amount of loose articles and knickknacks settled around, and it technically could have still held more. Absolutely fantastic car.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. A well rated car after the generally negative review above. I have been driving them for over two years now and just love their road character whether in the city or on long trips. I have also learned that they are tough little cars and very reliable along with great NHS crash results, way better that the average. We are past the era of driving half acre size cars !

Has been driving it for 3 years 30k miles without any problem. Good for student to get to school. This car is good for two people good quality from Mercedes. Very economic car with 38+mpg. Cold AC everything in good condition. Heated leather seats

I purchase a cheap Patriot with very low miles.And very clean with no new england rust. I had one issue after Purchasing it. I returned the vehicle and they repaired it properly and promptly. They went above and beyond to be sure that the vehicle was safe for my family. I will buy from them again in the future. I do have a pretty good mechanical knowledge So I know what to look for typically. But These guys at 777 auto went through the whole jeep, Spark, plugs coil packs brakes, I am happy with my purchase. I will Check them out first the next time we need another vehicle. Good stuff, decent price, I would have had to drive to the midwest to get a vehicle in this condition. Thanks 777 👍

I have a 2016 and I an 6’ 4” my wife is 5’ and we are both 70. We use it every day and we live in a retirement community. We can park it right beside the golf carts. It is fun to drive with good gas mileage. It is not our trip car for sure but it takes up very little space up in our garage. It feels like a regular car once you are driving it . In fact it feels like a sport car. I don’t get out of a regular car very well but this is almost like a SUV to get out of. Our other car is a Genesis GV70 Sport Prestige . When we go from the Smart to the GV70 you think you are in a Bentley! The 3 cylinder vibrates or shakes (not crazy)through the first 5 mph but after that it is fine. It is not a car for everyone but for us it is the cat’s meow. We use it every day while the GV70 goes weeks without moving.

This has been a great vehicle for the last 6 years. It saves a lot of space in the garage, it's fun to drive with the manual transmission, and it stands out amongst all of the other cars on the road. It is a perfect fit for the beach town that I reside in. I have also driven it on long road trips and it was completely comfortable and capable. Personality and unique details seem to be difficult to find in most new vehicles today. I am grateful to own "compact, forward thinking" transportation that never gets boring and continues to turn heads.

GREAT GAS MILLAGE. WILL BE PERFECT FOR A SMART CAR MEMBER. HAS 6 AIR BAGS AND IS ONE OF THE SAVEFT SMALL CARS BUILT. SPECIAL REAR WINDOW HARDWARE ALLOWING AIR TO PASS THROUGH WITH OUT THE NEED FOR THE AC.

The smart fortwo has been a great commuter car, best turning radius of any car sold in US, easy to park, 40-45 miles per gallon, fun shifting the 5-speed, fixed glass moon roof makes the car feel very spacious for its size. High strength steel safety cell and numerous airbags with excellent NHTSA rating always made me feel safe when commuting on back roads or the highway.

Excellent customer service. Clear and direct and straight to the point. No xx or surprises. Go see them you will like them! Highly recommend. We got the best trade in for our car and the best deal on theirs. We will be back!

This is my 2nd one, 1st was used for a 150 mile + a day 5 day week commute to the DC area. It's in it's element for local driving, parking, mpg, fun to drive(especially with convertible). If you install a Scan Gauge and use the manual paddle shifters, mid 50 mpg is easy. Interstate driving keeps the mpg to around 42 +. 1st one had some issues, but incompetent mechanics were most of the problems. Replacement a/c hoses run $1200 each (2)does require Premium fuel, I alternated between mid & prem. each tank on the 1st. one. Get an extended warranty, any major repairs may have to be done by MB dealer.

I went to look at an '06 Miata I'd seen on line. They had 2. They worked with me on getting the one I wanted with the wheels off the other one. Excellent! They helped me with financing. This is my third Smart electric. I leased a 2013 and a 2016 electric (if I bought either, I would have had to continue leasing the battery, which didn't make sense for me). I leased a 2019 electric and, since they've stopped selling the Smart in the US, I've decided to buy this one (which comes with the battery - yay!). I love the Smart for its utter cuteness and tininess. It has like a zero degree turning radius, and I'm able to zip in and out of anywhere. It's perfect for my needs, as I tend to do mostly local driving, and I occasionally take it on the freeway if the drive isn't too long. With regenerative braking, I usually get at least 80 miles with each full charge. The only issues I've had with this car are (1) when I first picked it up, it died on me within the first week, and it took the dealer 28 days to reboot and fix everything, and (2) the cup holders aren't adjustable, so my big water bottle doesn't fit (my other Smarts had adjustable holders, so why did they change this?). After driving Smarts for 9 years, I can't really drive other cars -- they all seem so huge and cumbersome. But for longer drives, I do borrow my husband's EV, which has a longer range. I did consider at some point getting a Fiat electric and test-drove one, but it just wasn't as cute as the Smart. Its adorableness makes me happy every time I come out of a building and see it waiting for me. Even after driving it for 3 years, its cuteness still sometimes takes me by surprise!

I love this car! It's my second smart, only this one is a convertible. It's fun to drive, cute and turns heads. The convertible top is easy to use by one person. People stop me in parking lots all the time to ask about it and to take photos. Shifting is a little rough in the lower gears, but man, will she go. I've had her up to 90mph a few times without protest from the engine. I can comfortably pass slower traffic. You get a bit of road noise at high speeds. I bought the car 900 miles from home, and really enjoyed the trip back. A small seat cushion is a good idea on long drives, but she's perfectly comfortable around town. I can park nearly anywhere, a big plus in big city parking garages and on the street. A big thumbs up for the Smart Fortwo!

I visited to look at a 2013 Sonata and ultimately decided to buy a 2022 Palisade for my whole family. I am impressed by the courtesy and service they offer. It is on another level. This was my first car, and I my third. It is incredibly agile and fun to drive in the city. Super easy to park and very cool look. It's definitely a conversation starter! I love the way it looks and drive, but it is a 2 seater, which becomes quite useless when you decide to start a family.

I picked up my 2011 earlier this year with 30k miles on it. It's a Passion with pretty much all the available options from that model year, with auto transmission and paddle-shifters. Once I got used to the automated-manual transmission, this thing is quite fun to drive. Using the paddle-shifters can really help in certain situations, too. It has plenty of pep, and moves quickly around town. Even on the freeway I find it quick and easy to get it up to 70 and to keep up with traffic. The cabin is fun, comfortable, and very spacious for the two passengers. I have more leg room and head room in this than in anything else I've owned, and I'm 6' 2", so that counts for a lot. The back hatch space isn't huge, but more than adequate for errands, light travel packing, grocery shopping, etc. I routinely get slightly more than the estimated fuel economy it is rated for, both for in town driving and freeway/combined. The ride is the biggest drawback to the Smart. Short wheelbase translates into feeling every pavement crack and chuck hole. At speed, it can be quite jarring. Also, on the freeway, tire ruts and strong winds require two hands firmly on the wheel. The optional bluetooth system (a factory option that replaces the clock in the right dash-mounted double gauges) work seamlessly with current smart phones for phone, navigation, music, etc., better in fact, than many newer cars' systems do. The "glass" roof in mine has the standard hazing effect these are prone to (makes the glass roof "sparkle" when looked through in certain sunlight conditions). I use it as my daily driver for a 12 mile commute of combined local and highway roads. The car has been very reliable, cheap to operate, comfortable, and fun to drive. It makes me smile.

Bought new and has been 100% reliable. The Brabus edition is more sporty with sport tuned suspension offset wheels 17" wide rear 15" front . Porsche style dual exhaust. Drive it daily. I change the oil every 10k miles full synthetic. Air cleaner every year and run premium fuel. I add Marvel Mystery oil (4 oz) to the gas a few times a month and that's it. Runs just like new. Love the car. When it hits 200k I'll buy another one.

I use this car for business purposes. I drive about 1500 miles per month. I live in Colorado so it?s cold in the winter. I get approximately 42 miles to the gallon in the winter and about 38 in the summer because of the air conditioning. This is definitely not a luxury vehicle but it?s really not bad especially for the price. It has a great turning radius. There is a lot more room inside then you would expect. It has a very tight suspension so you are very aware of every bump that you hit. It also has a 70 hp engine so if you expect to get from 0 to 60 in anything less than five minutes this probably isn?t the car for you. However, I have never had any issues with the car and is very reliable. I have put approximately 40,000 miles on it since I got it and it currently has 60,000. My biggest complaint with the car is that rattles regularly, like something is loose but I cannot figure out what it is. It is worth mentioning that this used to be a ?Car to Go? and who knows what they did to it to fit it for their credit card charging systems, so this may be their fault. You can hear road noise quite a bit in this car. I love the fact that it is little and you can park it anywhere. You could make a U-turn basically anywhere. It does not go well in the snow so if you live in a snowy climate you might consider something else unless you have a winter vehicle.
