2013 smart ForTwo Electric Drive passion review
Turbocharged luxury golf cart that does 86 mph.
The gasoline engine version is choppy and annoying. The electric is smooth and fun to drive. Zero to forty is speedy as hell. It handles well in up to four inches of snow. Remarkably comfortable to enter and exit and occupy for up to 6'6" people. Great value for the money and an excellent second vehicle.
