Great experience from start to finish! After I inquired about the vehicle, I was immediately followed up with by Rachel. Rachel was super helpful and informative about the used vehicle I was trying to buy (2022 Lexus GX 460). After only a few days, Rachel and I were able to work out a deal in which we were both happy with. The vehicle was (2) and a half hours away from my house so everything was nailed down over the telephone prior to the pick-up. When we picked up vehicle, there were any hiccups and the vehicle was as advertised. The vehicle was deatiled and in even better condition than I could have asked for. Conrad helped us with the finance part and explained everything thoroughly so there wasn't any misunderstanding. My experience today in the service department of Orleans,MA Toyota was wonderful. I very much needed new wiper blades and air added to the tires. Because Jonathan, the service manager, did not want me to wait very long for two such simple items? he replaced the wipers and added air in the tires himself in about 15 minutes. It was so thoughtful and car drives great! Thank you very much for correcting these two things that I could not do myself!
