Had some issues from other local dealership with honest and quality service for my sons car. Spoke to the service department at Tulsa Hyundai where I have always had my car serviced. Scott went above and beyond to get issue covered under an extended warranty that Hyundai had issued for this problem, even though mileage was over limit. Scott is always friendly and professional. Great service.

I bought the car with 150k miles and it was rotting in a neighbors driveway. The dealer told me it would cost $1900 to fix. I went home and YouTubed all of the repairs myself and got the parts for $120. Easy to work on and reasonable to repair. Now almost 200k miles and I drive it everywhere. Great car and it still has the picnic table.

I visited this dealer to check out a car I saw on their website , although I didn't get the car cause it didn't pass their safety test so they couldn't sell it, but the customer service was awesome and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

After 3 frustrating days and countless hours of attempting to buy a car for the advertised price, only to have the total price significantly inflated when it came time to sign on the dotted line, I looked outside my area of Northwest Arkansas and found very fair online prices with Tulsa Hyundai. I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

Great dealership. Felt no typical pressure but only, how can we help. Were greedted professionally and with courtesy. They did everything to make the deal work. We worked with Braden - he was very nice and let my wife know she could leave for a few with the kids to grab lunch while they got the deal done. By far the best experience and I worked in the car business. Braden is a great kid and salesman. Staff is friendly and the finance manager was a great guy. A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

Very attractive car handles beautifully all the features are easy to operate and easy to learn.This is my second Genesis and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a luxury vehicle.

A confirmed luxury small SUV with fit and finish of a German vehicle. Ergonomics as the driver is spot on. The menu can be just a bit confusing but you acclimate quickly. Steering and nimbleness is very good for an SUV. The 2.5 T was not my first choice but it is actually responsive and perky. If I could only get used to the squeal of a 4 cylinder. Interior is luxurious but advanced package is a must. Opt for the 6 cylinder if you can but it is not a game changer.

The car is a solid economical choice for a daily car. The mileage you get is amazing and the interior volume of the sedan is quite spacious, including the boot.

This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

Bought my Tundra in 09 and have been going to David Holmes since the first service was done on it. David has been the best to work with on scheduling and getting me in and out. This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Our service advisor, David Holmes, takes good care of us and our vehicles! Both our Toyotas are older (2001 and 2005) and we have all our maintenance done at Jim Norton Toyota. David Holmes does an excellent job of letting us know what needs to be done and how long it will take. He even keeps us updated during the process. I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.
