Not the most pleasant place to spend several hours, but I have always had great service and the work has always been done correctly the first time. Don’t have any idea about buying a new car here. The $2500 to $4500 added onto the sticker for “market area adjustment” turns me off, before I even start looking. No one has ever been able to explain that to me. I’m used to starting with the MSRP and taking stuff off from that point.

Good price for a good car not great but good. As a fairly wide-bodied retiree front sear comfort is on par with airline seats. Too narrow and hard. SUV looks good and runs good but for long trips no way.

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.

I love this AWD with snow drive mode and sports acceleration. Slick style, but I wish it had back wipers. Very comfortable to drive, with technology inside that helps make driving easy and enjoyable. Not to mention a quick charge battery.

As soon as you drive onto the premises, you're greeted by a cheerful person in spite of the 106 degree weather...as you look around, all of the other service staff are pleasant, courteous and helpful!

This car is exactly what I was wanting for my regional/local transportation. It is quick, comfortable, stylish, dependable, reliable, fun, eye catching and easy to operate. I do wish there was more range but I've had no problems in my regional travel: just need to be realistic about the range facts. My passengers are pleasantly surprised by the styling, comfort and performance.

Teresa was wonderful keeping me constantly updated as to everything going on with the 105,000 mile service of our 2012 Hyundai Genesis. advised me a ride was available at no cost to me as the service was going to take additional hours, She called me personally when car was ready and sent the driver to pick me up. the service repair and courtesy shown to me by Teresa, The gentleman That checked me in at service entrance and walked me to my car with Teresa ( I did not get his name), and the Cashiers were great! On Jan 12th I went in to see a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The salesperson, Vince, was very helpful and professional. I made it known that I would be paying in full and no financing. He didn’t waste my time and not longer than 5min the Manager, Vinny, came and made me an offer that we were both happy with. Was so worried that they’d drag negotiations forever like at other dealerships. They made it quick and painless. Will definitely recommend to others.

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.
