Fantastic experience -the buying and trade-in process was very smooth and easy! Rob Ehrig found the perfect vehicle for me (GMC Terrain AWD), and I love it. He explained all the functions and features completely and helped set everything up (phone pairing, On-Star, etc.). Michele, and the whole service team, are just great people. Service is not just about 'taking care of' a customer's vehicle. Sometimes that runs over into 'taking care of' the customer. Difficult situations need patience and empathy and people skills. Not everyone has that ability. I know Michele does. And she's so appreciated for it. 2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

We knew the car we were getting before we got there. Did check out on the internet before we went, made an appointment with Owen and went up. Was greeted by a nice lady who got Owen for us . He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

I was in need of a new vehicle after an accident. Having previously purchased two cars from Sussex Honda, I naturally headed there for a third. Gary greeted me with a smile and we chatted for a while. He showed concern about me, the accident, and my current needs and preferences. He accompanied me on a test drive in a new CR-V hybrid which I ultimately purchased. Gary was knowledgable, personable, patient in his explanations, and encouraged me to stop in for any questions that I might have. I am very pleased with my overall experience including the short amount of time it took to complete the financial process with Chris.

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

I needed my car serviced on a very specific day and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Besides that, I had to wait at the dealership but the car was serviced right away. The wait also felt short because I was able to work, their wifi being fast and reliable.

The 3.3 engine is very reliable and a simple V6 My truck is geared 3:73 which I can still average 24 mpg hiway and sometimes I see 25. I believe the Motorcraft 5W20 is the best option for the engine in the retail shelf market. It outperforms in every category compared to the big brands available. 7500 miles is easily obtained without having consumption issues. For the person who isn’t in need of high hp and wants a truck for long term ownership I would recommend getting the 3.3 engine.

We took our newly purchased Toyota Prius to VA for a shake down cruise. Found some minor issues. Called Chris. Brought the car in, they gave us a loaner, then knocked out the work. Thanks to ALL! Wife and I are happy!

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

The best experience I've had when buying a car! Khalil is a wonderful salesperson, he explained everything in great detail for me. After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

I definitely recommend getting a car from this place. Chelsea W was awesome to work with. She is friendly, kind, and will go above and beyond to help you. Paul, the finance guy, was also great to work with. He was very informative, kept you in the loop going step-by-step, also trying to get the best deal for you. I typically hate going to car dealerships. They are usually pushy and sliding things past you trying to get a deal. This place did not. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them!

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

They even have the Carfax info for the cars. Xavier did a good job of keeping things rolling for me on a busy Saturday. I bought the car that most fit my needs and they worked with me to get me the price that fit my budget.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

Great experience with Motion and the salesperson Jamie. Polite, professional and felt no pressure. She was able to answer all our questions and get the order in for our Telluride. The Telluride was delivered ahead of the promised time and there were no delivery issues. Very easy and pleasant car buying experience.

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

We had an excellent buying experience today with Earl K. The whole process was smooth, no games, straight to the point and we were in and out in 2 hours with a great deal on a great car. We as well worth the hour and a half drive to this dealership.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.
