My daughter, her fiancé and I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek for me in December 2023. Eddie was our sales person and his couldn't have been better. He was friendly and helpful, finding out information that he didn't know, getting back to us promptly and just generally pleasant to work with. He even came in on his day off for us. I love my vehicle, although it has been a learning curve because my trade in was a 1995 Ford Taurus! I know I can call Flatirons Subaru any time I need assistance. Overall, grat experience!

We found the Subaru we wanted; it had just come in from shipment and the car was ready at the appointed time the next day for delivery. Rich walked us through the paperwork process with ease; Len did a great job pointing out the specifics of the vehicle from the technical perspective and Todd made the final paperwork process smooth and respectful. I had a great experience working with Jonathan, Jay, and Genesis?they made the entire car-buying process incredibly smooth, even when things didn?t go quite as planned. After purchasing a Toyota, I ended up needing to exchange it for a Subaru (long story), and these three went above and beyond to help me through it without making me feel like a burden or an inconvenience. They were honest, kind, patient, and genuinely solution-focused from start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made it feel easy?even when there was a hiccup. I felt supported the entire time, and I truly appreciated their transparency and teamwork. I?d recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Honestly, they were so helpful and down-to-earth I?m now debating whether I need to add them to my Christmas card list. At this point, it feels rude not to.

We found ourselves needing a new car after being involved in a wreck that totaled our car. I am firmly a Toyota person and played along when my husband wanted to check out Subarus. I begrudgingly went to the dealership, bracing for a hard sell. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Very chill and no pressure. We initially talked to Rusty who was very kind and responsive. Ultimately we worked with Frank who was also really terrific. Quick but not rushed, kind and respectful and not over the top, knowledgeable by personal experiences. Also, shout out to the finance guy, Todd. he was wonderful too. I love the forester we bought and can happily attest to having a great experience with everyone there. I rarely recommend or even fill out reviews, but I do recommend them and here I am filling out a review.

Jillian Tran provided friendly service and helped keep me informed of getting the used car fixed before buying it. And it passed the pre purchase inspection well. Schompf didn't pressure into buying anything but spent the time to do good.

Jillian was very responsive and worked hard to be fair and do her job well. Jillian is great! Our only annoyance was the long wait to pick up the car , which is minor in the scheme of things. Thank you Schomp & Jillian.

I bought a new Subaru from the Golden location and worked with Dan Carne. He was so kind a patient throughout the day. He really took such good care of me to find the perfect match for my families needs. I was nervous about the car buying experience, with the cost of cars right now, my needs at the time and not having a lot of car expertise myself, but Dan made me feel like family. He was respectful and responsive we sent me home in the car I was hoping for. I wouldn't go with anything other than a Subaru in Colorado and I am glad I went to Subaru West this time!
