I came in on Saturday to shop around for a new car, Bernie made the buying process so seamless and smooth! I traded in my 2012 Jeep Liberty which was a quick process and a good trade in value was received. I could not be happier with my 2026 Suburu Crosstrek. Thank you Bernie!

Jillian Tran provided friendly service and helped keep me informed of getting the used car fixed before buying it. And it passed the pre purchase inspection well. Schompf didn't pressure into buying anything but spent the time to do good.
2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.

The dealership was very professional and fun to work with. Frank was easy to work with and was very informative and detailed in explaining things about the car. Richard was full of information on the loan, warranty, and all the other important stuff when financing a vehicle and took the time to explain everything. Todd spent a great amount of tiime going over how my car works, all of its options. They have reached out to me several times to see if I need anything. when Ihave made phone calls to the dealership with questions I am take care of with concern. I am very happy. I just need to learn how to use everything.

Mike Shaw Subaru review
I had an excellent experience with Shane Monahan and Samantha Leakas at Mike Shaw Subaru. From providing information about available inventory and pricing, to scheduling a test drive and even transferring my Outback from another dealer, they made the entire process easy and seamless. I couldn’t be happier to be a new Subaru Outback owner, and I highly recommend Mike Shaw Subaru and especially Shane and Samantha!
