I’ve owned my new CrossTrek for six months now. I’d previously purchased two Foresters from this dealership. Alex is a low key no pressure salesman. Test drove many of their vehicles. Got a fair deal. A month after purchase I met with Betsy who is their tech specialist. She went over many of the new tech features and was excellent at explaining the many new features my 2017 Forester didn’t have. Took my car in for its first service this month. Del was my service advisor. He explained their service philosophy. Car only needed an oil change and tire rotation so things were easy. Would recommend the sales & service at this dealership without hesitation.

We were traveling out of town Monday at 6:00, outside temp -3 when service engine light came on. Whet to greenwood with my x5 and the service department was closed. Landon Powers in the service department was still there. He added fluids needed and added pressure to tires outside in the cold. He did it cheerfully with no charge. Thank you Landon. Lisa and Tony in the service department were very helpful with my recent service on my 128i. Tony constantly kept me updated as to the status of the necessary repairs. The initial multi point inspection was through and determined that I needed Cylinder Head Assembly- Valve Cover: Quote for full assembly per advisor request, replace cover assembly with new gaskets The Valve Cover provides protection to the camshafts and other cylinder head components from outside elements such as dirt and debris found in any environment. It also prevents engine oil from splashing into the engine bay. Although not cheap the repairs were necessary. No more burnt oil smell and nothing dripping on my garage floor. Thanks to Tony and the entire service department staff at D&R, great job!
