Ethan told me approximately how long a wait I would have and offered to drive me somewhere if I didn't want to stay in the service department waiting area. It's ideal for city driving, but for those frequently embarking on long journeys, it may not be the best choice. There's a growing number of Subaru Solterra owners expressing dissatisfaction with the charging speed, despite loving every other aspect of the car. It's an area where Subaru of America hopefully will make improvements - but as of now appear silent on the issue.
