Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! Was assisted by Esteban and the Manager Albert in the purchase of a used vehicle. They were upfront and helpful. After purchase, took the vehicle for an inspection. The vehicle checked out as they had stated.

The manager was very helpful and very kind. Our salesman really took the time explain the features.

I?m very pleased with customer service at this location. There is one concern though, and it?s a major one. I haven?t been able to have my touchscreen radio panel repaired for 8 months now. Apparently Subaru isn?t able to provide replacement for faulty parts. I?m pleased with the service at my Glendale dealership, but disappointed with Subaru?s advocacy department and leadership.

My experience buying my crosstrek at Timmons Suburu was personally very stressful, but Moises helped me along the way. Moises was kind, knowledgeable, communicative, honest, and not pushy at all. He respected the time I needed to process everything and assured me of safety and longevity info. I had recently been in a very bad car accident and was very nervous about buying or being in a car again. Though I was not satisified by the options available as far as colors and trims etc for the Crosstrek, and they only had 3 on the lot in total sadly, I was still able to walk away with a Crosstrek. Moises has continued to check in here and there to make sure I'm satisfied and all set. Definitely one of the better experiences I have had buying a car, outside of my circumstances.
