The new suv was as advertised and there price was the lowest I found from several Hyundai dealers. All of there personal is very nice and patient understanding and very informative I will different recommend and I will go back to them next time I need a new car

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

Recently purchased a new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with the 6spd. Probably one of the last 6spd made since they stopped taking orders for manuals 2 days after I ordered it. Really like the car, rides like an SUV but handles like a small car. would be nice if the seats had some adjustable lumbar support. Transmission is smooth and have been averaging right at 30mpg. Mainly bought it because I live out in the country now and need the AWD for the winters. Does not have tons a bells and whistles which is ok with me, less electronics to go bad as the years go on. Really great car would recommend.

My overall experience is very good. The facilities clearly indicate that the dealer is very trustworthy with division of labor in all departments of business. The employees are very polite. They know what they are doing. They attempt to give me explanation so as to make me understand. The efficiency of the technicians of the service department has cut down our waiting time to a minimum.

My 2024 Subaru was in for it's first checkup. As always, the process for efficient and pleasant. The employees are nice and informative. I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me.
