This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. Pete and his staff from the beginning made sure I was taken care of. Tim made sure I was well informed with the vehicle and different models in inventory. This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

Recently purchased a new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with the 6spd. Probably one of the last 6spd made since they stopped taking orders for manuals 2 days after I ordered it. Really like the car, rides like an SUV but handles like a small car. would be nice if the seats had some adjustable lumbar support. Transmission is smooth and have been averaging right at 30mpg. Mainly bought it because I live out in the country now and need the AWD for the winters. Does not have tons a bells and whistles which is ok with me, less electronics to go bad as the years go on. Really great car would recommend.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! My experience buying my crosstrek at Timmons Suburu was personally very stressful, but Moises helped me along the way. Moises was kind, knowledgeable, communicative, honest, and not pushy at all. He respected the time I needed to process everything and assured me of safety and longevity info. I had recently been in a very bad car accident and was very nervous about buying or being in a car again. Though I was not satisified by the options available as far as colors and trims etc for the Crosstrek, and they only had 3 on the lot in total sadly, I was still able to walk away with a Crosstrek. Moises has continued to check in here and there to make sure I'm satisfied and all set. Definitely one of the better experiences I have had buying a car, outside of my circumstances.

He provided out the door pricing via email, so we were able to settle on a fair price before I even drove to the dealership. Car was exactly what I expected. Sale was completed quickly. At first there was no second key, but Armad kept checking until it was found and mailed it to me at my home after the deal was closed. Armad was terrific as was the rest of the staff.
