I purchased my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from White's Mountain Subaru in Casper, WY. I selected the Subaru after doing a lot of comparison shopping and research. The Crosstrek was the best value for the money. I am an older person and the adjustable seats are at a level that is easy to get in and out of. The cabin is roomy, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area. The heated seats and heated steering wheel are a nice feature. The ride is very comfortable, especially on longer trips. The vehicle is solid - well built. Subaru's commitment to safety is apparent and that gives me peace of mind when I'm on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek.

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. I’ve owned my new CrossTrek for six months now. I’d previously purchased two Foresters from this dealership. Alex is a low key no pressure salesman. Test drove many of their vehicles. Got a fair deal. A month after purchase I met with Betsy who is their tech specialist. She went over many of the new tech features and was excellent at explaining the many new features my 2017 Forester didn’t have. Took my car in for its first service this month. Del was my service advisor. He explained their service philosophy. Car only needed an oil change and tire rotation so things were easy. Would recommend the sales & service at this dealership without hesitation.

The crew at Tom Wood is second to none. They are transparent about the work that is being completed, they dont try to sell you blinker fluid or landing gears. They will go above and beyond for you as their normal routine practice. Micheal is amazing, he's honest, kind, patient and makes you feel like you matter to him. Fredo is also pretty kick xxx! You will pay slightly more - but how much is your peace of mind worth when driving 70mph with your children in the back seat! Ill pay a little more and enjoy my sense of security that having tom wood maintain my vehicle! Totally worth any extra that you might pay....and by the time they are done, considering the services they provide you really aren't paying more, it just sometimes feels that way, they are the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership!
