I walked in thinking I knew what I wanted and Jeremias narrowed it down and helped me find a Forrester that was perfect for me and safe for my new baby. This was my first service appointment at Clay Suburu and I was extremely impressed. My service rep, Abigail, was absolutely outstanding. Friendly, patient, and clear - she let me know exactly what the service plan was for that day and, when something new came up (I’d somehow picked up a small nail in my tire and it had to be addressed), she walked me through my options. Abigail is an exceedingly proficient and personable service professional and was a pleasure to work with. She’s terrific. I found the waiting area – there are a number of options for those who wanted to have a quieter place to work or read - very much to my liking. Free coffee, but I preferred the sparkling water. 🙂
