I purchased my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from White's Mountain Subaru in Casper, WY. I selected the Subaru after doing a lot of comparison shopping and research. The Crosstrek was the best value for the money. I am an older person and the adjustable seats are at a level that is easy to get in and out of. The cabin is roomy, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area. The heated seats and heated steering wheel are a nice feature. The ride is very comfortable, especially on longer trips. The vehicle is solid - well built. Subaru's commitment to safety is apparent and that gives me peace of mind when I'm on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek.

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. My cars transmission was faulty. Due to some previous bad luck the service department gave me a fantastic deal on a new transmission and repaired bearings in my rear wheel. My car >150000 miles is now running like new. They gave me a free loaner in the interim. Happy

I was in the market for a new car, when I saw this outback pop up on Empire Subaru's website. It was the color and trim level that I wanted so I went in and asked about it, Vinny sat with me and went over the value of my current vehicle and how much it would cost to get the payments to where I wanted them. Vinny went above and beyond to make sure I had the car I wanted at the price I wanted.

To start, I must mention this dealer's importance of recognizing and acknowledging customers. Everywhere, including the lobby area, passing the technicians, and in the service office everyone makes eye contact and hail a greeting.
