I purchased my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from White's Mountain Subaru in Casper, WY. I selected the Subaru after doing a lot of comparison shopping and research. The Crosstrek was the best value for the money. I am an older person and the adjustable seats are at a level that is easy to get in and out of. The cabin is roomy, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area. The heated seats and heated steering wheel are a nice feature. The ride is very comfortable, especially on longer trips. The vehicle is solid - well built. Subaru's commitment to safety is apparent and that gives me peace of mind when I'm on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek.

The price advertises in Cars.com was not the full price for the car. Dealership had many fees that were not advertised. Even though Cars.com stated it was a Great Deal once the dealer fees were added it was an ok deal at best. So basically the advertised price was not the real price. Deceptive price listed on Cars.com

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.

Ten years ago, I bought a Subaru Forrester at Performance Subaru Chapel Hill later to become Hendricks Southpoint Subaru. Then on March 15 that car was hit by a bus and my Subaru saved me from injury. Thereafter I went to the Southpoint Hendricks Subaru dealership( which for 10 years had serviced my car) to buy another Subaru Forrester - I am an artist and that car works well for me. Client advisor Bryan Phillips was so welcoming - I had called him stating my preferences- and he had lined up a Forrester Hybrid and a Forrester combustion, both in grey, for me to see. The Forrester Hybrid immediately caught my attention and Bryan explained its workings and took me for a test drive. I was sold on it and on returning to the dealership he explained the car’s features and the next purchasing steps. He turned my accident experience into something positive and his capacity as a sales professional was impressive.After purchasing the car Joseph Rossman gave me a comprehensive overview of its electronic workings to the extent that I was able to understand its hybrid functioning, and all the safety features which make a Subaru so special. His understanding of the system was impressive and again I felt that I was dealing with a true professional.I am so fortunate to be part of this dealership’s family and know that in these two Subaru employees I have people to whom I can return to if necessary. Upon the recommendation of a friend from work, my wife and I made the hour-plus drive from our home in Geauga county down to Diehl Subaru. We met with Erik Bettinger and went over a couple new vehicles, finally deciding that the 2023 Subaru Forester was the best choice for us. After going back home to sleep on it, something we always do prior to a large purchase, we decided that the dealership and the vehicle were both right for us. We called Erik and put a deposit on the Forester, then returned to Diehl the next week to finalize the purchase. All in all, the entire process was very easy, painless and simple. Everyone at the dealership was helpful; no issues at all. The best new car buying experience we have ever had. The Forester is beautiful, and operates as a new car should, no problems. My friend was right, the trip to Diehl was worth it.

They worked hard to make things right, ensuring the rest of the process was smooth, low-pressure, and respectful of my time. Since I am coming from a difficult mechanical situation with my previous new car, I will be keeping a close eye on how this new hybrid in the Crosstrek line performs.
