Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

I love this car. It’s comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I love the Android Auto app. The sound system is perfect. I was able to get the color I wanted.

I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

Our Canyon was serviced quickly and came back working very well. There were a couple of issues with the truck that couldn't be handled right away, but we were provided with an appointment to bring the truck back to have the issues diagnosed and hopefully fixed, but if all the parts weren't in stock, we would have a call when they did come in and then we'd have the issues fixed. Much better service than the prior dealership we had bought the vehicle from.

I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

It has been a long time since we went car shopping. Our last new car purchase was in 1978. We drove several models at other dealerships before coming to Brown. The salesman, Chris, was prompt and knowledgeable. We drove a Subaru Legacy and an Outback. The Outback handled great and we thought it would best fit our needs. Chris answered all our questions, accompanying us as we drove several different ones with various features. He advised us on financing options. We were able to come to an agreement on price and trade-in. Casey, the finance manager, was also well-versed in completing the necessary paperwork and was charming and personable. Everyone treated us with courtesy and respect. We have been back a couple of times to ask questions and have received prompt, friendly service. Chris followed up with an e-mail about the Eyesight feature on our Outback. We love our new car and expect a great driving experience for years to come. Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer
