Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

SO worth the drive to Joplin.
Bought our first Subaru. The Frank Fletcher crew were awesome to deal with. They treated us well, and understood our needs. We'd been to other dealerships, and felt like it was all about the sale. So that made our experience at Frank Fletcher Subaru a very nice change. Had to drive 2 hours to this dealership, bypassing one that was half the distance. But they were worth the effort by far. We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details.
