I leased this car in March after 12 years of being a Prius owner. My Prius was involved in a head-on crash, and although it performed amazingly, I wanted something a little more solid. This car fits the bill for a robust crossover option that also reduces the carbon footprint. The Crosstrek Hybrid is the perfect car for me. I live in an urban environment where I drive short distances for errands or to work. If I go further then the hybrid kicks in. Granted, we have been driving less during stay at home, but I have had this car 4 months and have only used 1/2 a tank of gas which is incredible. I charge it when I get home and at work also. The fact it can charge from a regular plug is amazing. I have not noticed my electric bills go up particularly, despite driving this car almost exclusively on the electric battery. If you do short drives close to home then this car is a great bet. If you drive longer distances routinely then this car might not be worth the extra money over the regular Crosstrek. The interior is roomy and comfortable. My only gripe is there's no wireless charging point, which is offered on Toyota's. You have to connect with a wire which is okay, but in this day and age you'd hope for more. The car handles very smoothly and has a nice 4 wheel drive capacity for mountains, hikes etc. There isn't tons of trunk space as the battery takes up a lot of room, but sufficient I'd say unless you need to frequently carry large loads. The car feels solid and safe, and my insurance premiums went down from my Prius as Subaru has such a great safety record. Finally, this car qualifies for the orange Access OK sticker, which enables you to use the HOV lane and park for free at meters in certain towns (such as Santa Monica.) Overall I am really thrilled with this car!

I enjoyed working with the Auburn Toyota team. They were friendly and helpful. No pressure or games. They helped me get out of my lease and into a used truck. The truck was delivered very clean with a full tank of gas.

We have owned this car for about a month and a half and have not yet refilled the tank. It is very convenient to run around and do local errands and shopping with just using the electrical battery power that costs less than half the price of gas. We roughly get 15-17 miles on a single charge. This is more than enough to get us around locally and perform everything that we need to do.

Dealership a little slow on responding to a meeting although the personnel were very personable when we met. I just wish they had pointed out that the car did not have adaptive cruise control or heads up display which evidently came with the upgraded version.

We turned in a 18 crosstrack and what a differents it runs so quiet because it’s electric so we are going to save $ on gas

We were lucky to find a great deal in a 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid. Cars.com wouldn't let me pick 2014 as an option so I chose 2016. When you're in the Crosstrek Hybrid you really know you're driving a car! Really fun car to drive. The Crosstrek Hybrid has fantastic acceleration, super light and natural handling, and very comfortable seats material wise and posture wise. Nice and quiet like you'd expect from a hybrid. Great panoramic view from the windshield and awesome visibility in the side mirrors really make you feel in control. If I had one critical thing to say it would be that if you're a tallish person like myself you might feel your head brushing the top of the cab sometimes. Other than that it's lovely. All the extra features work great in the touring model from the backup cam to the multimode sound system, super easy to pair your phone. Looking forward to years of driving with the family. Love this car!

It meets all my basic requirements. I wish the dash board is digital and not so cluttered. The size of this car fits my requirements.

The selection was very good. Autos I wanted to drive were washed and brought up front for easy review and test drive. Folks were nice and reasonably low pressure for an auto dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car within 30 or 50 minute of their location.

We really like the car a lot. We also own a Prius Prime (plug-in) so between the two of them we seldom buy gas. These cars have the same electro/mechanical setup as I understand it. I wish Subaru had also borrowed the Prius Heads Up Display. The only issue we’ve had is that a tire totally shredded as we were going down the road. Any other owners have this problem?

This car was perfect size and All time standard AWD with Gas saving hybrid/plugin system from Toyota. Eyesight is awesome!!! This Crosstrek Hybrid is NO compromise vehicle as far as safety/AWD/Gas milage.

I like the way this dealership keeps you working with the same person. I got lucky and was assigned to Patrick. I bought a service package when I bought the car here a couple of years ago. They remind me when to come in, which is really great for me. Patrick seems to have learned my personality a bit, and does a good job of explaining things to me in particular. He is also very helpful about suggesting ways I can spread normal maintenance items across time so is not to bust the budget. I am hoping that when I reached the end of my maintenance package that the dealership will have another good offer so I can keep coming here. It's hard to trust a shop, but I trust this one - just because of Patrick. I see in the reviews there are other effective folks working there, so hopefully these reviews refect a consistently good hiring practice.

I’ve Had the car a few weeks and has use has been negligible. Bright blue and handles well. Easy to charge at work or home.

Me and my wife are moving from Buell Idaho to Astoria Oregon and we are driving separate Cars I am in a 2019 gmc Yukon and she is in a 2015 subaru outback..the gmc broke down on highway in middle of the night and we use the subaru to get to a hotel..And with are luck in the morning the subaru had a check engine light and was runned ruf.The subaru team got use inb with in 30 mins and fixed the issue before arer GMC got there on tow truck.Tuck was in with in a hour and its problem was also corrected.. all in all in and out with 2 unscheduled vehicles in less then 3 hours and we were back on the road.. This vehicle is by far the best one I have ever owned. Because most of my driving is local (=/< 20 miles/day) my average miles per gallon went off scale when it reached 99.9+ miles per gallon (not enough number windows to go higher values). That is so sweet! The hybrid (electric/gas) combination is perfect for my needs. The car has an amazing set of cameras and radar that function in an accident avoidance capacity. The design and engineering and technology are truly amazing. There are far too many wonderful features to discuss here. If you can afford this vehicle, buy it!
