I bought a BMW from Chip. The whole experience was NO PRESSURE. He let me take it home to show my wife, because that just works better than bringing three kids under 5, well anywhere. The purchase process was very easy. I even traded in my car as part of the deal. About a week out I had noticed an issue with the shifting and Chip was willing to work with me to make it right, we went to BMW to get some dealer specific service done, and they also did some repairs at a very affordable price. I am very pleased with how it all turned out. Mark the mechanic has been wrenching for over 20 years and is very knowledgable and personable. I had questions, and he had answers! Although the purchase agreement was "As Is", this is not a dealer that is trying to pull the wool over your eyes. He posts the CarFax up for free right on the website and wants you to be a happy customer. I will be keeping them on my short-list of car dealers for future needs and will probably use them for my regular maintenance needs as well.

2021 Subaru Forester review
One of the best cars I have ever owned. It drives like a dream, has more get-up-and-go then I ever thought a 4 cyl. could have. I make a 3000 miles trip from Texas to Utah in may and averaged 34 miles per gallon. I would recommend them to everyone.

These guys are amazing! From the owner Matt McNaughton, to his son Corbin, to Cameron. I had purchased a vehicle about a month ago when I turned in a lease, and when the time was quickly approaching to turn in another lease vehicle, I went back to 616 Motors and worked with Matt. Some things happened and I was not going to be able to get the vehicle I really wanted because of the disparity between the book value and the loan amount. Instead of Matt chalking it up to a lost sale, he brought the price down to where the loan amount I could get for the car was enough, even to cover tax, title, and license, so I did not have to come up with a balance. Because he did that, I know the business did not make much of, if any profit, and that is commendable. Matt REALLY went the extra mile for me and my family and we are exceptionally grateful. 616 Motors knows how to do business, knows how to value customers, and understands the immeasurable importance of customer service as it relates to gaining repeat customers! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.
2021 Subaru Forester review
Spontaneous windshield cracked to 2 1/2 feet in just seconds! No stones seen, without warning, bang. The part cost $850.00 more for eye-sight calibration! Subaru dealer said total cost, around $2000!

2021 Subaru Forester review
Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

2021 Subaru Forester review
[Most satisfied] All imported, all full-time four-wheel drive, horizontally opposed engine. [Most dissatisfied] The car system is too old. Without Carplay, Carlife is also more laggy. [Space] The wheelbase is 2670, and I sit at 1.78 in the front, so there is enough space in the back and plenty of space in the trunk. [Power] It is very easy to overtake within 0-100. [Control] The horizontally opposed engine is blessed with full-time four-wheel drive, and it drives like a car. Braking performance: The automatic brake is a bit sensitive, [fuel consumption] It has only driven more than 300 kilometers. At high speed, the fuel consumption is 12L. Everyone said that if it is within 10, it will fall off after going out for a self-driving tour and running at high speed in the later period.i got this car from idealauto last year ,that was a marvelous experience . that dealer so reliable .
