I had to order my Forester and I had to wait for it for a few months. All the time I was kept in the loop and updated on the delivery date. The sales rep was friendly and very knowledgeable. When the vehicle arrived, he went through the purchasing process with me until all my questions were answered. The financing manager explained all aspects of the loan with me. A few days after I received the Foerster a rock hit my windshield and left a crack. The service department fixed it and gave me a free loaner car during the process. Iwas very pleased. I would recommend the dealership to all my friends and family.

2025 Subaru Forester review
My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

Sunset Hills Subaru review
Bought our first Subaru in 2022, the experience was so great when we decided to upgrade to an Ascent we went back to Sunset Hills and to Aaron Smith, our salesman. Didn’t like the cost of new car, but the whole experience was top notch. All our questions were answered easily and even the financing was a good experience with Rich. The whole process and procedure went smoothly.
2025 Subaru Forester review
My biggest problem with the forester is the infotainment system and the tom tom navigation. The infotainment is laggy at best. It can take two seconds per press to respond. And the tom tom? What? Did tom tom give Subaru a deal on 80s technologies. Recently I asked for a dollar tree and it changed it to 03. I have asked for vorhees and it kept trying to change it to Glendale? xxx. It is not barely usable, it is absolutely unuseable, that part of this car is a xxx.

This was actually the best buying experience that I have ever had at a dealership. The vehicle matched the online pictures, videos, and description. Logan Stout, the salesman was outstanding. He didn’t use any of the common high pressure sales tactics that we have come to expect. Overall good, but when I tried to contact them Saturday by chat I was told they were closed, that there was no one there to sell the car, even though they say Saturday by appt. Then only two days after I bought the car I had a dead battery and they never replied to my email to make it right. It was sold with no warranty, but not even $100 for a battery? Yet I was glad to give them my business since they're Ukranian, in view of all Ukraine has suffered. I left the "trade in" section blank since there was none. Also there was no home delivery.
