Nico, the Sales GM is awesome. My dad bought from him 9 years ago in 2014 and we bought from him again when it was time for me to get a car. He’s honest about price, quality, etc. love my Impreza, and most important he is someone my father trusts when it comes to buying cars. Also shoutout to Daniel Thorburn, super nice guy, showed me everything with the car, talked about it with me. Super simple process, and Nico has clearly created a dealership with a great atmosphere. 100% will go back there when it’s time for my next car.

From Virginia answering our distress call to Peter who was our service representative, the personal treatment of our predicament was extraordinary. They were not only professional but also compassionate. Peter went beyond normal business procedures to communicate, diagnose and expedite repair of our Outback. We were stranded in a medical situation, from out of state. Their attitude, explanation of the problem and fast action to fix it made our medical situation more bearable. It was a most unusual and uplifting experience that we did not expect from a car problem, in the middle of being in a strange place for unhappy reasons. I have had a 21, 23 and now a 25 Subaru Forester Premium and over the years they have gotten better. I didn’t think I would like the large screen but now after two weeks of driving it, I’m loving it. It is a safe and reliable vehicle for small families and seniors like me.

My biggest problem with the forester is the infotainment system and the tom tom navigation. The infotainment is laggy at best. It can take two seconds per press to respond. And the tom tom? What? Did tom tom give Subaru a deal on 80s technologies. Recently I asked for a dollar tree and it changed it to 03. I have asked for vorhees and it kept trying to change it to Glendale? xxx. It is not barely usable, it is absolutely unuseable, that part of this car is a xxx.

From the moment I pulled to the moment I left with my certified preowned 2018 Crosstrek, I was very pleased with my experience . Brian Kochowner was a knowledgeable and a complete gentlemen. Great way to start off the New Year !!

I have had the car since 10/24/25 and have put 3800 miles on it. It has driven beautiful and made the long miles go by much nicer. Great vision and enough power . Gas mileage low 30’s on the highway . Great cargo capacity. It is a functional SUV very happy.

While we spent more than we wanted to on a new vehicle, we are very pleased with our new Forester. Performance is excellent and the ability to put a walker or wheelchair into the back is easy. I can also put two dog strollers in which is a big plus for me. Auto fold down rear seats are a bonus. Handling is a breeze and our dealership excels others. No complaints...

Had been previously told it needed a new transmission by different mechanic shops. Technicians a The Grand Prix Subaru actually fixed the problem with a proper transmission and engine oil change.!
