I have had a 21, 23 and now a 25 Subaru Forester Premium and over the years they have gotten better. I didn’t think I would like the large screen but now after two weeks of driving it, I’m loving it. It is a safe and reliable vehicle for small families and seniors like me.

In 2015 we negotiated a new outback purchase and trade in completely by phone, sight unseen. agreement turned out to be EXACTLY what was promised, no bait and switch. We have since taken a trip from Long Island 4 times in past 6 years to upgrade to a new vehicle. It is actually a pleasurable experience to purchase a car from Schaller.

My biggest problem with the forester is the infotainment system and the tom tom navigation. The infotainment is laggy at best. It can take two seconds per press to respond. And the tom tom? What? Did tom tom give Subaru a deal on 80s technologies. Recently I asked for a dollar tree and it changed it to 03. I have asked for vorhees and it kept trying to change it to Glendale? xxx. It is not barely usable, it is absolutely unuseable, that part of this car is a xxx.

Our shopping experience at Reynolds was tremendous. We felt that the salesperson genuinely cared out our preferences. All of our questions were answered completely and the quality of care at this dealership is exemplary.

I have had the car since 10/24/25 and have put 3800 miles on it. It has driven beautiful and made the long miles go by much nicer. Great vision and enough power . Gas mileage low 30’s on the highway . Great cargo capacity. It is a functional SUV very happy.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Salesman John Woodman and John Mirow in finance are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Not pushy. I never felt pressured. I highly recommend Suburban Subaru! Ask for Woody in sales, and John in finance.

While we spent more than we wanted to on a new vehicle, we are very pleased with our new Forester. Performance is excellent and the ability to put a walker or wheelchair into the back is easy. I can also put two dog strollers in which is a big plus for me. Auto fold down rear seats are a bonus. Handling is a breeze and our dealership excels others. No complaints...

Champagne Motorcar provided a great car buying experience. They had a fair trade and a reasonable price for the used vehicle. Dealt with a gentlemen named Ernie, he was very professional and non-aggressive The whole transaction was clean, prompt, and worry-free. The 2015 Honda pilot I purchased had its blemishes which was too be expected, and all Ernie would say when I pointed something out was “Oh. no problem we will take care of that!” Not that I haven’t heard this before but they did take care of EVERYTHING, This vehicle looked brand new when they were done with it! I bought my 2025 Subaru Forester the middle of August and two weeks later took it on a 1500 mile road trip. My only complaints are the funky steering (extremely sensitive) and the 11.6" Infotainment screen occasionally freezing. That's not a good thing when driving in traffic. I wished it was AWD versus continuous four wheel drive. Overall, I do like the Forester better than the CR-V I had before.

I am very pleased with Premier Subaru. This was my first experience with the dealership and I was not disappointed. The Sales Associate and Finance Manager I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Most importantly, I got the car I wanted at a fair price.

The sales staff was very good and the buying process was very good but took a long time. They gad a class for us to learn about the controls on the car and that helped a lot. We are still figuring out some of the various functions that are more detailed but very impresssed with the car.

Smoke was billowing out from under the hood. A burnt smell filled the air. But 40 minutes after I pulled into the service department at Holmgren Subaru I was back on the road, and my car was running perfectly. If you are not getting that kind of service where you currently have your car serviced, I would suggest that you switch to the service department at Holmgren Subaru.

Very friendly, honest dealers. Open about what we were paying for, and quite flexible in negotiations. Patiently and fully answered our questions. They went out of their way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Would highly recommend Premier Subaru to anyone shopping for a car.
