Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

Have used both service and sales (two new cars). Top tier all around. Honest, fast work at very good prices. No extra work added. Insights shared to prevent problems down the road. Willingness to go the extra mile. No haggle pricing but willing to match any real price. Great finance too. Simple process.

This is my second Outback purchased at FitzMall, last one in 2011. Turned in the older one with 135K and bought a beautiful 2019 with only 16K. Appreciate the "no hassle, no haggle" pricing and the "no pressure," service of Darrin and Scott. Manny, who handled financing was also terrific. Look forward to visiting the excellent service department in the future, especially my favorite Ismael. All in all, a great experience.

This dealership was amazing to work with on leasing my Crosstrek. Alexis was my sales person and she was incredible! She remembered little details from our first contact (a suitcase fitting in trunk) and never forgot my preferences and bottom line budget number. The entire staffed worked with me to get my deal down to what I could afford. Even though it was the end of the month and a holiday weekend, I never felt like a number to them. The finance professional, Greg, took the time to make sure I understood all details of the contract, did not try to upsale me on things I wouldn’t need and answered ALL my questions without talking down to me or making me feel stupid for not knowing on my own. As a single woman shopping for a car on my own, trust is important to me and respect. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or was not getting the attention I deserved. The follow-up AFTER the deal was done was also incredible. I received welcome emails and calls, I was offered a free service call just to go over all the features of the vehicle, I was treated to a free car wash when my new tags came in and they were placed on the car for me as well! I was able to personally communicate with the general manager, Michael, when a piece of scam mail came to me looking like official Subaru program and was guided by him on how to handle. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and treated me with dignity and respect. The refreshments were delicious, the bathrooms were clean and the entire atmosphere of the dealership was welcoming and friendly! This is the place to buy a Subaru if you are in Maryland!

New dealership looks great. They needed a bigger space. Did not really take to the person that assisted me. She was indifferent and was kind of a fast talker and a mumbler. Very dry personality. Love the new look and do enjoy a few of the people that work there but this experience was meh!!!

On 1/29/26, I left my home in Chestertown, Md to go to the Doctor T AAMC, and my low TIRE LITE came on. Well in the 50 miles to Annapolis, I stopped at 4 gas stations that had air pumps., well due to snow build up at the air pumps I couldn’t get close enough to utilize the pumps I drove to your service dept pulled into the service write up area and was greeted by a very nice young man, “TY” I Itold him of my problem and my time restraint to get to AAMC. He very quickly said pull thru the door and pull up to the air station on the left. Within 5 minutes to solved my problem and I was in the way. I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was courteously greeted by Ashlyn, my service rep (who seemed to know a lot from a discussion she had with one of the service persons) and found a comfortable area in the waiting room. After an hour I was sent a link to a video inspection where they said the engine air filter was still clean enough to not need replacement and when they lifted the car, all was in order underneath. This reminded me to ask for a tire rotation, which they did. The car was ready in 90 minutes from when I got in.
