Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

Our sales person was Robyn. My wife doesn't like shopping for a new car because the sales people are usually very pushy. In this case it was completely opposite. Just purchased a couple of weeks ago. If we buy another I would definitely look for her. JOHN

After a disappointing shopping experience with a dealership based at Commack in Long Island, I stumbled upon Koeppel for a certified 2022 Subaru with the premium package and 14,000 miles that was advertised online. Upon my arrival - in person - the advertised price was what I got with no additional hidden or “mandated” fees. The test drive was immediately followed by a handshake that sealed the deal. I have nothing but praise for the gentleman that guided me through the whole buying process. The vehicle is being prepped as I write this review. Should I need to purchase another vehicle in the future, not only will this dealership be on my list, I will not hesitate to recommend it with friends, relatives and acquaintances who are currently shopping - or will shop - for their next car.

Just leased a '24 Outbank from Tasca. The esperience could not have been more pleasant. Will McGuirk, the salesperson, was engaging, knowledgeable, informative and possessed of great patience. There was no high pressure, just a car guy looking to answer all my questions, finding the best deal within my budget and anxious to explain the vehicle to me in great detail. Although I purchased my Subaru out of state, I brought it into Garavelle for service for the first time today. I am in love with my new Subaru Crosstrek. I love this excellent Sun Blaze Pearl color. I went in for the red color, but after seeing this! I loved it. Juan C. was acknowledgeable and didn't pressure me into any decisions. He professionally helped me. I recommend this Dealership to anyone. The best car-buying experience EVER! We walked into the dealership knowing what we were looking for, but not intending to "take the leap". There was no pressure, Mitchel listened to our preferences and was able to locate our dream car. We fell in love at first sight! Our Ascent Touring in Dark Mahogany Pearl fits our needs perfectly. Mitchel even fulfilled our last-minute request for wireless charging and got it to us before pick-up. On the day of pick-up, Rich went through our financing and extended warranty needs explaining everything and getting us set up. This is our 7th Subaru, the first from Brewster, and we couldn't be more satisfied! We will be back.

Dave Novik was my sales person. I had experienced a bad accident and was traumatized. I needed a car and was referred to Dave. I do not like high pressure salesmen and it doesn't work for me. Dave was very accommodating to my interests in a car. He went out of his way to discuss my interests and needs in a car. He spent much time discussing various pros of each car I looked at. I never felt pressured. As a result, this was the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. I highly recommend Dave if you're interested in buying a car. I love my crosstec subaru!
