Although I didn?t purchase my Subaru in Bedford it is where I go for service and I have never been disappointed Everyone is courteous , knowlegeable,professional and eager to make your repair experience positive. My appointment today was a scheduled oil change and tire rotation I also had some minor issues which were noted on the work order.Service Advisor Alex also reconnected my Bluetooth which to me mysteriously vanished reconnecting was a breeze for him and I appreciated it I really didn?t mind or take note that the repair was taking long and was quite surprised when there was no charge because I had to wait an extraordinary amount of time. This is just what they do at Ganley- considerate of your time ,considerate of how you were treated as a customer and they value you as a return customer . I didn?t ask for special treatment I didn?t ask for anything it was it was just taken care of and that?s what they do so beautifully. My car was parked outside of the building and Alex didn?t just point to where my car was parked he walked me to my car which I so appreciated since it was snowy and icy . Let me repeat that at Galley they always go above and beyond and I am grateful.

Amanda D went above and beyond on customer service. Her service is exceptional and she never stopped to help support the issues I was having with my car. I cannot thank her enough and I wish all customer service individuals were just a little more like Amanda because it makes the world of difference when going through difficult times with your vehicle. Also, the service team also took amazing care of my car and it rides even better than ever.
