We worked with Brittany New when buying our Certified Pre Owned Impreza and it was an easy, stress free experience. Not only is she knowledgeable about her trade but is a very likable person who was always responsive to my questions via email or phone. She made herself available to us, although I'm sure she was juggling many "xxxxx" at any given moment that hardly seemed apparent. Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership.

We came in to test drive the Subaru Forester, and was quickly impressed at her wealth, and depth of knowledge. Once she understood my priorities, she made some additional recommendations, which were spot on. I came back and purchased a used VW with Brittany's help, and never felt pressured. It was genuinely a pleasurable purchasing experience, and would highly recommend working with Brittany. We will be back!

The Eastside Subaru service center always delivers a great experience. They communicate very well and follow through with their promises. I can’t say enough positive things about their team. Specifically Oakly, is always on top of her game. She constantly comes through with wonderful service.

We live in Burien, so this was not the closest Subaru dealership, but we liked it a lot better than the one in Renton. I hate shopping for and buying cars, but I felt that Carter made it as painless as possible. We worked with Bryan Deando, who was wonderful. We ended up with a certified preowned Impreza, which I'm very happy with. Everyone was very friendly, it seemed very low pressure, and Bryan was very well-informed. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a Subbie!

My wife and I recently leased our very first Subaru from Carter Subaru - a 2019 Subaru Forester. We were fortunate enough to have Steven Mackie as our salesperson and he was seriously fantastic. Incredibly kind, thoughtful, and a sincere listener as we chatted through what we were looking for in a new vehicle. We were looking for a pre-owned Certified Forester. Carter Subaru in Shoreline had the car we had been looking for, for over 3 months. Steve, the salesman was kind, not pushy and very knowledgeable of all the tech on our 19 Forester. The purchasing process was easy. We were in and out in less than an hour. It was worth the 3-hr drive from our home in north central WA to Shoreline. Our (my wife's) Outback has a LOT more miles than our (my) "new" 19 Forester, so when our Outback wears out we will be giving Steve a call to find another Outback for my wife. Eastside Subaru has always been a five star experience, they know what customer service should be like and they do it. I still recall my first service issue with them when they first opened. It was a dark out and I needed a headlamp repaired. Without an appointment the service manager asked me to purchase the part while he found a technician. The installation was free of charge and with a smile he said “I’ll see you later”. And it was that one kind and simple act that exemplifies their service department and keeps me coming back.
