My daughter, her fiancé and I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek for me in December 2023. Eddie was our sales person and his couldn't have been better. He was friendly and helpful, finding out information that he didn't know, getting back to us promptly and just generally pleasant to work with. He even came in on his day off for us. I love my vehicle, although it has been a learning curve because my trade in was a 1995 Ford Taurus! I know I can call Flatirons Subaru any time I need assistance. Overall, grat experience!

We found the Subaru we wanted; it had just come in from shipment and the car was ready at the appointed time the next day for delivery. My salesman was perfect. I called the dealership before driving an hour to him. I asked about any hail damage and there was none! He handed me the keys to my car and made sure it was exactly what I wanted every step of the way. I?m very happy with my amazing car.

Jillian Tran provided friendly service and helped keep me informed of getting the used car fixed before buying it. And it passed the pre purchase inspection well. Schompf didn't pressure into buying anything but spent the time to do good.
