Coconut Creek Subaru review
I’ve only ever had my car serviced at Coconut i’ve always been well satisfied with their service their maintenance department my service advisor who is usually Marcus Bey but I’ve also used a service advisor named Joe. I took my car in for a regular service. The appointment was easy to make and before I arrived in the morning the service manager called to confirm the appointment and expectations. I like that they send a video of your service with the mechanic describing what they did or show potential problems.

Coconut Creek Subaru review
Excellent salesman. Was able to help with all our questions. Followed up quickly with accessories that had to be ordered.
2026 Subaru Forester review
I just recently purchased my first Subaru although all of my family members owned them for years. I purchased a touring Forester and I love it It is spacious and very quiet and ride beautifully. It's a great value and my insurance company agrees with the safeties of Subaru.

Juan Carbonell is an excellent Product Specialist. He has helped me tremendously with both my lease vehicle and the purchase of my new vehicle. He is efficient, communicative, friendly, reliable, and resourceful. His customer service is truly amazing! I will always make the drive from my home in Kendall to Pembroke Pines to work with Juan when I am looking for my next vehicle. Sport Subaru South review
Brought my 6000+ mile Cross Trek in for an oil change and to check a tire for a slow leak. I brought the car in at 1000 miles and they couldn?t find the problem. I even got several emails from Subaru about the low pressure so the issue was documented. Once again they said they couldn?t find any problem. I explained that I am adding air to the tire every three days. I gave the service provider the choice of trying again or putting on a new tire at their expense and they somehow found the leak. She was a very nice person, I just couldn?t believe she/they expected me to leave with a well documented slow leak unresolved.
