The technician, Lucas Weir, made my first experience with Crown Subaru a true pleasure. He answered all my questions throughly, and put me at ease from the beginning until he escorted me to my car as I was leaving. I didn’t purchase my vehicle from Crown, but with employees of this caliber I will certainly utilize their facility again.

I even took the dealer up on their offer to put a deposit down so the car would be "on hold" while I wait a couple days for my PPI appointment with the mechanic, something I'd never done before. Auto Nation Subaru in the Roseville auto mall has always given me Great service. My service agent, Heather Mendieta, has ALWAYS gone Above and Beyond in ever facet possible when it's come to any service, repair, or question I've had. She alone is the #1 reason I go to the dealership for oil changes and repairs. If it wasn't for her I would go to local independent shops for such things as I've done why whole life.

I had the pleasure of working with Chase Bailey and am writing this from my brand new Subaru. He was helpful, had a genial demeanor, and took a no nonsense approach to negotiating price. The experience was expedient and Chase is someone I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new Subaru.

Had problems with Electrical, tried Caar Subaru where we had purchased our Forester. The explanation of the problem that my husband gave them made no sense to them. We became frustrated with their lack of customer service. We went into Royal Moore to ask for assistance. We were met by Isaha, the most charming young man, very helpful. Isaha went out of his way to help us determine the problem and understood what my husband was saying. He determined the problem, set us up with an appointment to have it fixed and the rest is history. We are having our brakes done there, our a/c recall taken care of and will be using Royal Moore service department in the future. My buying experience was an internet sale. I live in Arizona and the car is in Nevada. My sales person, Hamid, was always quick to respond to whatever questions I had. From videos of different areas of the car to overnight documents to complete the sale. I would purchase again from this dealership.
