Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

After purchasing a Toyota, I ended up needing to exchange it for a Subaru (long story), and these three went above and beyond to help me through it without making me feel like a burden or an inconvenience. They were honest, kind, patient, and genuinely solution-focused from start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made it feel easy?even when there was a hiccup. My daughter, her fiancé and I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek for me in December 2023. Eddie was our sales person and his couldn't have been better. He was friendly and helpful, finding out information that he didn't know, getting back to us promptly and just generally pleasant to work with. He even came in on his day off for us. I love my vehicle, although it has been a learning curve because my trade in was a 1995 Ford Taurus! I know I can call Flatirons Subaru any time I need assistance. Overall, grat experience!

Required service The service was performed in a timely manner and they also washed the car ? The waiting area was clean and coffee was provided as well as snacks

I was able to get in without an appointment and it all went well. The repairs were expensive, but that is not the auto shops fault

I worked with Dru and it was awesome. I felt comfortable the whole time and not like I was being upselled for anything. I lease my car and was able to get into a new one day of! The people that work here are really nice and caring, especially Dru and Phil. Thank you!

I bought a new Subaru from the Golden location and worked with Dan Carne. He was so kind a patient throughout the day. He really took such good care of me to find the perfect match for my families needs. I was nervous about the car buying experience, with the cost of cars right now, my needs at the time and not having a lot of car expertise myself, but Dan made me feel like family. He was respectful and responsive we sent me home in the car I was hoping for. I wouldn't go with anything other than a Subaru in Colorado and I am glad I went to Subaru West this time!
