Recently we purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Flatirons Subaru in Boulder, Colorado. The dealership was very clean, well organized and made a good impression from the moment we entered it. The available salesman at the time we came in was Connor. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and mannered. He showed us several vehicles helping us to decide what to buy. If you want to buy a Subaru I definitely recommend Flatirons Subaru and also ask for Connor. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately we had the displeasure to run into another person who looked very unprofessional. But the experience we had with Connor, convinced me to give 5 stars to this business.

We had a great experience with this dealership! I highly recommend using Jeremy Tabangay as your salesman. He was very polite, and wasn't aggressive in his sales tactics. He really made you feel like you weren't just a number to him. He also did a follow up after we purchased, just to make sure that everything was going well. I would also like to give Matt (finance department) a good review. He was fun to work with on the financing of our vehicle, and didn't pressure us into buying any add ons. He was also very quick in getting all the paper work filled out. We really enjoyed our entire visit there. I would use this dealership again in the future. Especially, if I was working with both of them.

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

This team worked to find everything that I wanted in a vehicle. They located it on the other side of Denver and delivered it to the lot closest to me on the next business day. Our two Mazdas were total losses due to the Hailstorm that struck Cheyenne WY on August 1, 2025. I found AutoSearch USA through cars.com and contacted them about a Mazda CX-5 the had listed. Mike Blunn was great! They had just listed the car the previous Friday, and still needed top get some prep work done, but we set up a date to see it the following Tuesday. The car was not quite ready for us to take that day, so we made arrangements to meet at an Enterprise location midway between Cheyenne WY and AutoSeach USA's location so we could finalize the sale and turn in our rental.
