Most definitely a 10. JR ( Robert Gauntt) was very knowledgeable with the mechanics & specifications of the vehicle that I had purchased a week ago from tomorrow. He was quite an informative sales associate; he has explained very clearly as to what I am purchasing & transparent with information that is very helpful in making that decision. He was graciously nice to even offer my brother to bring his wife's Subaru Ascent even though it was not purchased at your dealership but as an act of kindness he asked my brother to drive it this weekend to avail of the full tank gas he had promised to my brother. I mentioned his name to my boss this past Monday since him & his wife are in a car shopping mode for her. Overall, JR was very helpful and very informative in assisting us with my 2025 Subaru Crosstek.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

This dealership was absolutely amazing! They did everything they could to get us to the right deal in an amazing new Last Call Dodge Charger GT. Highly recommended!

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

I purchased the 2023 Wilderness trim in August and I chose it because I live in a very snowy and mountainous area. I certainly needed an upgrade from my trusty 2wd, low-clearance hatchback. I can watch the season change with more peace of mind with its high clearance, AWD and features like Starlink and X-mode ready to step in when called upon. I’m a huge fan of the vehicle’s exterior styling and the interior feels luxurious and durable. The cabin is well-insulated from engine and road noise. One drawback is that the sound system lacks depth even with the base turned all the way up (I don’t have the Harmon Kardon stereo option). I’ve never owned a car with a sunroof before and I love letting in extra daylight and looking up at the cliffs and trees during stops so I can’t imagine life without it, now. Even the low beam headlights provide clear-as-day visibility on the darkest nights, but I’d be worried about blinding other drivers so I’d give more follow distance. Many reviewers seem dissatisfied with its acceleration, but it hasn’t felt underpowered to me and I drive a Chevy Suburban for work. It feels like I’m barely touching the accelerator to cruise up steep grades, but I’m a leisurely driver so my expectations differ. :)

The service staff is very kind, efficient and respectful. They explained the process and I felt taken care of. The prices were reasonable. At the end my car was washed. Nice touch.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

The store here is different from other stores. It's differentiated. It's cheaper and gives you the right car and quote for the customer. I'm willing to live in this store if I buy a car again. Definitely will. Everyone is kind and good to the situation.

My only complaints are, it could use a little more power and a little less road noise. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my Subaru Forester Touring.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

I've yet to be disappointed by this place. The service is usually quick and the service managers are good with communicating with me throughout the service appointment. Last time I was there, Bella was on it and made me feel comfortable and confident with my decisions. Thank you!

I bought my 2025 Subaru Forester the middle of August and two weeks later took it on a 1500 mile road trip. My only complaints are the funky steering (extremely sensitive) and the 11.6" Infotainment screen occasionally freezing. That's not a good thing when driving in traffic. I wished it was AWD versus continuous four wheel drive. Overall, I do like the Forester better than the CR-V I had before.

I went to buy a car and came 2 different time and was not able to connect with a sales person. Met Roosevelt Townsend omg this young assistance in making the process smooth was awesome. I am happy to have went back to carmax and got the best deal and excellent customer service.

I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. It has been difficult but with the patience and time he has given my mom and I, I could not be more grateful for him! He worked with my mom and I till the very end and has been nothing but helpful. I ended up getting a 2019 subaru forester. Lots of room and a perfect vehicle into the middle of my adult life. I hope this car lasts me through the next few years. I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

This was literally the best, most smooth car buying experience I’ve ever been through. I had to drive about 40 miles to their dealership because they had the perfect car in stock, on the drive there I called them to ask if I can start the process now, in order to cut down time, since my drive was over an hour. Marvin sent me a credit app through text immediately and I filled it out. By the time I arrived at the dealership, Sara had already gotten approval from the bank. All I had left to do was sign and test drive and get the keys. It was the fastest I’ve ever gotten approved and been out the dealership, not to mention…I have horrible credit! I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

My 2024 Subaru was in for it's first checkup. As always, the process for efficient and pleasant. The employees are nice and informative. They keep in touch during the waiting period for the car to be done. Over the years of service there I am never disappointed and always feel good and safe in my car as I leave. Diane Baer

I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

We had a great experience at Hyundai Santa Monica. Buying a used car can take alittle more time then a new car since you have to do your research and really go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Ben Nabili was great! Very pleasant and patient. Gave us all the time we needed. Minor issues were addressed and fixed. Mike in finance was very helpful in making all our finance options clear. Anthony in sales made good on the promise of a full tank of gas ⛽️. We purchased a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. Overall it was a great experience.

Bought a 22 Touring, the car is great, (I traded a 2019 RAV4 XSE hybrid, forester is just better built and a better quality vehicle by far). Pros: comfortable, safe, plenty of legroom and headroom for all, I have tall friends (6’4”/6’2”) and all have enough room), great visibility, things are where they need to be and where it makes sense, sound system is good and the eyesight system is a lot better than the Toyota system, also the ride quality is superior. Cons: lacks a few small things that should be there on a 2022 vehicle such as interior light auto shut off, if you leve your interior lights on by mistake these won’t auto shut off, it doesn’t have a wireless cell charger, or wireless apple play connection, also it should have a fast charger (USB-c).

I’ve driven the Forester before and have been wanting one for two years. So now that it was time for me to give up my 2010 Legacy with 222,000 miles on it, I chose the Forester. The dealer is very customer friendly and very competitive in their pricing, even though I paid 25K plus for a four year old car…vestiges of the used car pandemic pricing. The car drives beautifully, smooth and quiet. I am very happy with my purchase.

Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car. I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan). The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). Very dependable and reliable vehicle regardless of the terrain traveled. The perfect vehicle for older folks or those with knee problems. Seat height is perfect, you can slide in and out of the seat with ease. Smooth ride and overall great vehicle.
