Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

This is a great place to do business. Jeff processed my services on 03/13/26 and he was respectful and did a great job. Only issue this visit was the technician mentioned my needing a new windshield but also removed it with out saying ANYTHING at all. Which resulted in me getting in my car for work that morning day morning in a rain storm with only one wiper! Other than that this is a great place to do business and the guys do good work here.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

Wonderful experience with this dealership, Tyler and Jake helped put together a deal that was much better than the offers we received in Pittsburgh. While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. My wife is super happy with the Crosstrek we got, thank you Tyler and Jake!

CarMax treats customers as they should be when they are purchasing a car. They do not pressure you and offer great services. They sit down with you and evaluate payment options that will make you most comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this team and this facility! A few years ago I asked my wife what kind of car she would like for her birthday. Went to you. I always enter a dealership at the ready. We were introduced to a fantastic salesman Bob. For some reason I actually felt comfortable. The fast talking xx wasn’t there. She tried an Outback and liked it so we leased it. There again I felt NO STRESS. I felt I was dealing with an old friend and family. So relaxed and actually cared. Never before. What I wanted to share is our 4500 trip to Vegas and everything in between. All together I was satisfied. I drove it hard and was impressed. Realizing the insurance mandate forcing more and more so called safety tech which is highly annoying. Not your fault. Steering assist, annoying at least. I think a few more horses would help. My biggest issue is Engine Noise. OMG? When you lite it up I could swear the motor is by my side? Room, comfort, handling very good. Excellent A/C and cruise control. Easy to operate touch screen. Overall couldn’t be happier. I’m sure my confidence in the purchase at the dealership reassured my confidence in the car. The if you do have a problem we are here feeling helped. Thanks for Everything. Rusty
