We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. I came into the dealership for a specific car I saw online. It was a used 2023 Kia Sorento EX very low mileage, very clean, and drove nicely. I was torn because it had a recall, and the part was not available and uncertain of any future problems. The staff and salesperson Maria was awesome, with no pressure, and provided options on used vs. new Subaru vehicles.

I typically don't write reviews but I thought this was a good occasion to write one. George Mankarious helped my girlfriends son lease a new Toyota Tacoma 2023. The experience was nice and easy and very professional and took the stress out of such a transaction.
