New and used 2026 Subaru Impreza for sale near Canton, MI

I know that a lot of dealership service departments often get bad reviews, but my experience is otherwise. I feel I have found a trustworthy service advisor to guide me in the right direction as to service needs.

This was a recall on my audio system. When I got the car back, all three of the FM stations I had selected were gone. Of course, I can put them back, but why were they deleted? The good news is that the car was done in the time I was told it would be and someone in Service was kind enough to show me how to set the clock--which isn't easy on the 2018 Impreza.

Easy scheduling, nice people, good pricing for service, short wait. Coupons are sent to clients.

My Outback's ABS lights went on and I lost power steering. LaFontaine was the closest dealership to have it towed to. I called ahead to let them know what was happening and the tow would take about 2 hrs to get to them, and I would need a rental if possible. When we arrived it was a quick in take and they had my rental ready to go. They texted and sent video of the repair process, which made it easy to respond to while I was working. Was able to approve repairs over the phone, nice and easy.

I’ve brought my car to Steve twice now for service ( two separate issues ), and will only see him! Everyone there is always so beyond nice. But, Steve spoke to me in a way that I could understand what was actually going on with my car. Being a female and taking your car to a dealership can be very intimidating, but he doesn’t make it feel like he’s pushing unnecessary things to get done to it. He made me feel as if it were his own car that he’s taking care of because he wants to help that much!
