I bought a new Bronco Sport. The process was fantastic from beginning from inquiry to delivery. This is my second time buying from Miller Ford. My new husband also has a vehicle he purchased from Miller Ford that is 3 years old and loving it. On Friday, January 6th my Outback was serviced. The service advisor was Kyle Jordan. Kyle provided an excellent assessment of the service needed, communicated those needs clearly, as well as accurate timelines for service completion. Kyle was able to provide a loaner vehicle for my use which enabled me to carry out my day's activities. Was very straight forward. Only thing is I would have liked to take the car out for a test drive at highway speed before we bought it-they didn't give us that opportunity.

I?m a firm believer that a purchasing a can be the second most stressful and drawn out process to purchasing a home or timeshare. My recent experience was the complete opposite. My 2020 Subaru Outback, purchased at Glanzmann (10-20-20) was in the Service dept. for repairs from 4-24-23 to 6-16-23. This dealership exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment and they brought the car inside so it didn't have any snow to clean off. The salesman even threw in a new battery without being asked simply because he noticed the car didn't start too well.
