He was friendly and helpful, finding out information that he didn't know, getting back to us promptly and just generally pleasant to work with. He even came in on his day off for us. The service department is excellent with video car reviews and online scheduling with Saturday afternoon availability, which is fantastic! Marcus was a great service advisor who provided routine updates!
