There was an issue a couple of months after purchasing our new car so we brought it in to have it looked at. My name is Mark Staves. My wife and I were driving home when the engine light on our car went on. The car is a Subaru Forester 2014. Took the car to Shaller Subaru in Berlin, Connecticut Patrick Conniff, the service manager was courteous knowledgeable check the warrantees did the analysis what there should be done, come to find out the transmission valve body was defective. It was actually after 3 o’clock in the afternoon, but he still managed to get the car in the part was on a shelf had the part put into the car and we were on our way by 5 o’clock at no charge, because he checked and made sure that the warranty was still in place for that part even though the car had 130+ thousand miles.cannot say enough about quality of service in which Patrick provided. Best service agent I have worked with.
