My car needed some major updating before sending it off to another state with my daughter, and Travis and the service team came through for me. There was a long list of to do's and he helped navigate all the necessary items and even gave us a bonus headlight shine. I feel confident that my daughter will be safe and worry-free in her "new" car.

This car is fully loaded and had low mileage very comfortable ride beautiful interior everything you need in a daily driver it’s not a speedster but it will get you to where you going comfortably and in style I highly recommend this car.

This car is a computer on wheels and Tony had been wonderful teaching me to use all the bells and whistles. He always kept me up to date on the delivery and made sure to get me in first thing in the morning when it finally arrived. We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

Bought my used Subaru Outback a year ago - it had a couple of things needing attention - Stephan and his crew stepped up to the plate - a year later and Stephan is still my go to guy. I bought a 2025 Impreza Base model. This is my first Subaru, and I have to say, for a base trim package, it is A LOT of car! The dual touch screens take some getting used to, but they're easy to learn and navigate. The eyesight system is a pretty cool safety feature and helps keep me focused if I get distracted. The AWD is really smooth when accelerating, and the CVT feels similar to an automatic. I wasn't expecting to like a CVT but I feel like Subaru is doing them right. We'll see where this thing is at in a few years, but so far it feel pretty nice. This thing has plenty of juice when getting up to speed. The steering controlled headlights are a cool feature I didn't know I needed. Overall, this is a very nice vehicle at a great price. It's a perfect daily driver and then some.

Traveled all the way from Anchorage Alaska to work with Rick “The Subaru Dude” Aarons! Found a few online prospects, but Rick helped me narrow my search down to a sweet CrossTrek. Was able to complete 99% of the initial paperwork via phone and Rick answered all of my questions and sent me a walk around video of the car as I was traveling from out of state. Car was as advertised upon my arrival. Smooth process at the dealership; in & out in about an hour. Big thanks to Rick for the heavy lifting on his end, and for negotiating a fair price.

We had a 2018 Impreza and 2017 Legacy which we traded on for a 2025 Impreza sport. It's a great car for the money has many updated features

We talked online line for numerous times and set up and date and time to come in and do a test drive and have put fan looked at for trade in. My wife came and we signed the paperwork with the Account Manager and we brought our 2022 Hyundai Tucson hybrid. Great guy and sale.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.
