Used 2025 Subaru Legacy for sale near Edison, NJ

As I am learning all the new features of my new 2026 Crosstrek, there are things that pose a challenge. Today I had a problem with the radio and phone system. I immediately called Steven Schwartz and he dropped everything with his friendly and positive attitude to help with my problems. He solicited the help of Tara, who without missing a beat, came out in the freezing cold to troubleshoot my car problems and DID!! What a great duo and assets to your dealership. It is always such a pleasure to deal with them. In addition, I would like to acknowledge Nick, who also came out in the freezing cold to adjust the air pressure in my new tires. The customer service provided at your dealership is unparalleled by any other dealership I have worked with, and your staff, especially these three should be recognized. I personally cannot think them enough for their time, patience, and cheerful interactions. Again a credit to your organization, and to any customer who has the privilege of dealing with them

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

Service agent was pleasant and informative. Wait time was exactly as I was told and waiting area was clean.

Bought the Legacy Touring XT model. Previously owned Lexus and Infinitis, and this is a good or better than those cars. Smooth handling and responsive engine/ride. Dashboard is easier to use than expected. Nice connection to Airplay. Speakers are great. Safety systems are very good. Leather is luxurious. I would never have selected this car if I didn't already own a Forrester, which is also well built. I feel like I bought a luxury car for a 15K discount if not more

When was the last time you were left speechless in a GOOD WAY at car dealership? I have never experienced such professionalism, care, and genuine concern as I did on Thursday June 14th 2018 at Hamilton Volkswagen. My Sales Executive Rick Valnoski is without a question just a phenomenal individual in every single way. What a way to buy a new car!!! ZERO pressure, incredibly knowledgeable, and I felt like I was treated like Rick’s family from the first time I met him months ago when I first began exploring purchasing a new Volkswagen. Kevin Zanoni who assisted in getting my financing squared away, and got me in, and out in a blink of an eye with my flawlessly clean car was amazing. I also was taken care of by of all people the Service Manager Mr. Mike Kayes who made me feel so confident in my purchase from a service side just further cemented in my mind that not only did I buy a great car, but I bought a great car from the best Dealership I have ever dealt with in ver 30+ years of buying many vehicles. My hat is truly off to these fine gentlemen for all they did to help me, and I will never own another car other than a Volkswagen after my experience at Hamilton Volkswagen.

Replaced my 10 yr old Legacy as 2025 is the last model year. I loved my 2015 Legacy. Very reliable and no issues at all at 122k. Hoping for the same. The 2025 has some nice improvements. So far, so good!

I took a three hour drive from CT and met up with Mike And we had a great time talking card and driving a classic Fiat!! This may have been the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership sales dept! And coming from one who's been in automotive customer survive my entire life that says a lot! I came into the dealership for a specific car I saw online. It was a used 2023 Kia Sorento EX very low mileage, very clean, and drove nicely. I was torn because it had a recall, and the part was not available and uncertain of any future problems. Hello, I'm writing this review because I am just ridiculously pleased with the service from Subaru of Morristown. The people in there always pleasant, they always seem to like their jobs and it shows the way they handle their customers. I never have an issue, if I need a loaner it is given to me immediately without any issues whatsoever. I've been to a lot of new car dealerships and once you walk out the door they don't want to know you anymore. These guys are the opposite, the communication is top-notch and I usually do not do reviews but I had to for this place. Thank you Morristown Subaru you guys are awesome.
