The 2021 Legacy is improved comfort riding, leg room, the dashboard is digitalized at greater extend. the Charcoal gray color is awesome, looks very elegant. I like the new wheel design and interior changes that add a luxury look that my 2019 did not have.

I love that they remember your bae when you enter. I love that they answer ALL questions. Today Justin the repair guy actually showed me functions I didn?t know how to use. And he was so patient?

We have purchased our second Forester from this dealership. Their SM Alex was always fair with price. Their service center is very efficient and friendly. One negative is their bundling of service contracts is costly. Otherwise I give it a 4 1/2 stars Vince from Mahwah

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

The people and service at Ramsey are fantastic. This is the second time I’ve purchased a car here, and both times the sales people (first car, Matt and second car, Travis) were knowledgeable, friendly, never pressured me and really helped me get the kind of car I needed and wanted. I’ll keep coming back. And the service team is also excellent.

Bought the Legacy Touring XT model. Previously owned Lexus and Infinitis, and this is a good or better than those cars. Smooth handling and responsive engine/ride. Dashboard is easier to use than expected. Nice connection to Airplay. Speakers are great. Safety systems are very good. Leather is luxurious. I would never have selected this car if I didn't already own a Forrester, which is also well built. I feel like I bought a luxury car for a 15K discount if not more

It was my best experience. Now, i can say that the money is well spent.

December 26,2025 (Pending Snow Storm) One of the most overused phrases from a car salesperson is : “Our Service Department is the BEST!”. A pending snowstorm, like everyone else I depend on my car too much! Unfortunately, it’s towards the end of the work day and it’s an issue I can’t avoid. Lorrie’s area is highly efficient, the paperwork and fob were all ready to go. Lorrie informed me of what was completed, asked if I had any questions and personally thanked me for bringing my car to East Hills Subaru. Replaced my 10 yr old Legacy as 2025 is the last model year. I loved my 2015 Legacy. Very reliable and no issues at all at 122k. Hoping for the same. The 2025 has some nice improvements. So far, so good!
