Just purchased a 2013 Audi A4 from PricePRo. I saw it on the web site and immediately called. Z called and left a message. Z called me right back and lead me through the best buying experience I've ever had from that point forward. This is the first time purchasing a vehicle with PricePro as I have been buying from CarMax. Not only did they do better on price but the experience was fantastic as you deal with the same sales rep from start to finish all the way through financing. Z was very proactive throughout the entire process. I was able to complete the financing before arriving and he had me out of there within 30 minutes. Such a great guy. The short version of my review is you can schedule or walk in and they will treat you like family either way. Great service, friendly people, and Rock bottom pricing! Long version: I had been looking online at used cars and schedules a couple visits with other dealerships that turned into a intimidation tactic most of the time with statements of, "I've got someone else calling about it." or "at this price I'm not sure how long it will last." When I went to look at a couple Honda's I had seen in stock online. I didn't want to schedule a head because I wanted to see how I was treated when they didn't know I was coming compared to the other dealers I had scheduled ahead with. Though they were SUPER busy someone stopped and asked if we had been helped within a minute of us walking in and when asked who could help us Chris Aughney stood right up and said he would help us if we were ok waiting a few minutes. Chris searched high and low trying to find the Honda's we were wanting to look at, even walked the lot with us to try and see, but to no avail as they had been sold already. However, we spotted a ford explorer and asked about it and Christ was right on it for me. he pulled out his roster, got me the key, and let me take it for a test drive. I told him i wasn't prepared to buy that day and needed time to think about it. He was so great, he didn't make any side comments like, it might not be here that long." or anything like that he simply told me to just let him know. When I thought on it I called him and asked to look at another ford explorer as it had the features I wanted and also asked to take it for an overnight test and he was more than happy to allow me to take the vehicle over night and once again didn't insinuate anything for the possibility of the vehicle being sold before I got there for the over night (I'm sure he held it for me). I had been Pre-approved through a lender but the dealership found me a better interest rate loan through another lender and everyone was so accommodating for helping get me the car I wanted at a steal of a price! (what I looked up it was prices below KBB.com dealer price range by about $300). all and all I am so happy with my new car and the service I received! :)

I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.

Talk about a sleek car with available iSight camera system that helps ensure the safety of everyone in the vehicle. Comes with adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist. Automatic braking to avoid front end collion. Reverse camera with automatic braking and sensors to alert you of oncoming objects usually not in your immediate view when reversing. The day time running lamps are the sharpest looking thing on the road, I prefer them over my BMW LED day time running lamps. In terms of comfort you have all premium leather heated seats with a wood grain front panel that gives off a modern style. Steering wheel paddle shifters with AWD give you superb control. Keyless entry and push to start engine means you can quickly get in and go! Has the new shark fin antenna that flows with the vehicle. Automatic on/off headlamps and awesome fog lamps that individually turn on when making a turn to increase your visibility of the immediate low ground road which allows you to dodge every pothole.

I love the look, performance, features, comfort and reliability. I have owned VW's, Ford Pinto, Audi Fox, Honda Accord, Toyota Tercel, Chevy Malibu, Chevy Impala and a 1942 Pontiac that was a gift from an old neighbor who went into a Nursing Home in 1964. I had the most fun in the '42 but my Legacy is by far the nicest car I have ever owned.

Would definitely recommend this dealership! I was just coming out of a bankruptcy and had no hope for getting a descent vehicle. I inquired online and the salesman Jake called me and explained that they would still work with me. Filled out the credit app, negotiated a few times over the phone, went there drove the vehicle, all the paperwork was done, drove away in a 2015 Dodge Durango limited in less than an hour!!!! The treated me with respect, and even told me they would help me get refinanced once my credit score goes up!!!! Had a wonderful experience!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I drove this 15 Legacy Premium for a year now, bought it certified used, with 60000 miles on it, I put 20000 in one year and had 3 major brake downs with the car: 1) oil seals were leaking and needed replaced 2) transmission valve body needed replacement Both luckily were covered by warranty 3) starter was loose and needed to be re tighten that was not covered by warranty Other than that the car does give good gas mileage, drives well, and has good features. I’m glad I had the certified used but I can’t imagine buying this car with no warranty

I had my oil changed and a 12,000 mile check up - Had an appt. for 8:30a.m. got there early and they did it right away no wait. I went to the waiting area there was coffee & water at NO cost to enjoy while my car was being serviced, plus a tv and some magazines to read but they were mostly for men not us ladies- lol. From the time I walked in the door to walk back out it was great service. Oh yes while I was waiting a salesman came over and chatted with me which was so nice also. In and out with-in a half hour can't complain at all.

Amazing sedan for the snow! Drives well. Great features. Really the only thing that’s missing for me is the automatic lock once the car is in drive and moving. You have to remember to lock the doors. Otherwise, I love it!

I saw a Certified '15 Highlander with very low miles on the internet. Since I was not familiar with LaRiche I went on line and read approximately 35 reviews regarding other customers experiences. I didn't find a negative review and approximately 5 were customers who had driven an hour or more to buy the vehicle they were interested in. I contacted the internet mgr. who was back to me within minutes. Rob T. the sales associate then contacted me. I explained I'd been looking at various certified used vehicles but I wasn't interested in driving an hour if the vehicle had scuff marks or a number of dents. He assured me that if I drove down I would be pleased as this Highlander was CLEAN! When I arrived, Rob introduced himself, took me out to look at the vehicle and if I hadn't seen a '15 on the windshield I would have bet it was a new 2016. He explained the features and then I took it for a drive. Very impressive! Rob answered my questions, gave me a card if I thought of anything else I needed information on to make an informed decision. No pressure placed on me and since it was end of business day, I asked if I could advise when they opened the next day of my intent. That evening I sent an email with several questions and made an offer for consideration. Rob contacted me that next morning and said the offer was accepted. I drove back that day, to complete paperwork. All the employees I met were extremely courteous and made you feel very welcomed. Rob went over several items I had submitted in my email while Matt in Finance got the paperwork ready. Sales Mgr. Greg came over and thanked me for considering and purchasing from LaRiche. Several minutes later I went to Matt's office and within 20 minutes everything was completed. When I walked out of Finance, Chris W., the internet manager (AKA - Dr. Bluetooth) introduced himself and offered to set up my phone and show me some of the techie items. I was very appreciative of the dealerships willingness to deliver the car to me the next day due to my scheduling conflicts. The next day I received a call from Rob that I should see the car in about an hour and the gentlemen that delivered it were just as pleasant and considerate as those I met at the dealership. In the following week I had follow-up calls from Rob, Chris and one of the ladies(unfortunately I didn't write here name down at the time) who schedules the first service after purchase. This was my first internet vehicle purchase and I must say I experienced exactly what other customers had written in their reviews. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the treatment I received from LaRiche Toyota. Nothing less than a 5-star experience! Thank You!
