I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

Our experience at Liberty Subaru was, from start to finish, quite fine. Our sales consultant, John Clarke was excellent, indeed. He provided thorough explanations of the various features of our new Forester. Thorough, clear and patient--never rushed or pushy. He didn't just explain the car's features; he took us to the car itself and demonstrated some of these features. For example, the connection to the navigation system. This was reassuring, given all the new technology in the 2025 Forester. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable about the car and because of that knowledge, seems to genuinely like it. A lot! He has an even and warm personality. It was such a pleasure to have him introduce us to our new car!

from the first day I had it I haven’t had any issues with it as it handles great and gas economy is awesome. I don’t have a negative to write. I drove Lincoln’s for the last 20 or more years and because they stopped making cars and only Crossovers or SVU’s, I searched high and low to find an equivalent car and googled all the options that were a must and the Subaru Legacy Elite came up and my husband and I went to look and drove out with our new car and couldn’t be happier. The ride is comfortable and the car is just great.

We had a great experience overall, especially with Tom. He was helpful from start to finish and we really appreciated how quickly he was able to get us into the car we wanted. The only area for improvement is the final business/finance step. The discussion of additional products felt more pressured than I expected, and I’d prefer those options be introduced earlier so the pickup feels more celebratory.

I had this model/year as a loaner from the dealer last year and loved it so much, when a loaner became available, I bought it.

As I am learning all the new features of my new 2026 Crosstrek, there are things that pose a challenge. Today I had a problem with the radio and phone system. I immediately called Steven Schwartz and he dropped everything with his friendly and positive attitude to help with my problems. He solicited the help of Tara, who without missing a beat, came out in the freezing cold to troubleshoot my car problems and DID!! What a great duo and assets to your dealership. It is always such a pleasure to deal with them. In addition, I would like to acknowledge Nick, who also came out in the freezing cold to adjust the air pressure in my new tires. The customer service provided at your dealership is unparalleled by any other dealership I have worked with, and your staff, especially these three should be recognized. I personally cannot think them enough for their time, patience, and cheerful interactions. Again a credit to your organization, and to any customer who has the privilege of dealing with them

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

The 2021 Legacy is improved comfort riding, leg room, the dashboard is digitalized at greater extend. the Charcoal gray color is awesome, looks very elegant. I like the new wheel design and interior changes that add a luxury look that my 2019 did not have.

December 26,2025 (Pending Snow Storm) One of the most overused phrases from a car salesperson is : “Our Service Department is the BEST!”. A pending snowstorm, like everyone else I depend on my car too much! Unfortunately, it’s towards the end of the work day and it’s an issue I can’t avoid. The man behind the curtain where all the magic happens is Sandro! I call him the “Economist-Master Technician. Sandro always has a smile along with being extremely gifted. I took a three hour drive from CT and met up with Mike And we had a great time talking card and driving a classic Fiat!! This may have been the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership sales dept! And coming from one who's been in automotive customer survive my entire life that says a lot! Bought the Legacy Touring XT model. Previously owned Lexus and Infinitis, and this is a good or better than those cars. Smooth handling and responsive engine/ride. Dashboard is easier to use than expected. Nice connection to Airplay. Speakers are great. Safety systems are very good. Leather is luxurious. I would never have selected this car if I didn't already own a Forrester, which is also well built. I feel like I bought a luxury car for a 15K discount if not more

As for my first time buying, I had a good experience within the whole process. Definitely recommend Nour as for a suitable decision.

The Legacy is an excellent ride, with all wheel drive for that extra dependability in the winter time. Subaru is synonymous with reliability. I would recommend to anyone.

Bought 2013 Legacy 2.5 premium in early 2014 with approximately 9k miles. Now has 88k and other than routine maintenance no other issues. It has been and remains one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. That includes a few BMW’s and Mercedes. Great all year round especially in the winter. Will definitely consider another Subaru if this one ever xxxxxx. Hoping not
