He also guided me through how to handle the sale of my previous Subaru Outback Limited through Carvana and how to apply those proceeds, along with additional funds, toward the down payment on my new vehicle. That guidance made everything much easier and less stressful. His friend and colleague Josh even took the time ? on his day off ? to research and help find the exact trim level that fit what I was looking for, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, they promised that my car would arrive before my departure to Grand Cayman, and they delivered on that promise. Bought the Legacy Touring XT model. Previously owned Lexus and Infinitis, and this is a good or better than those cars. Smooth handling and responsive engine/ride. Dashboard is easier to use than expected. Nice connection to Airplay. Speakers are great. Safety systems are very good. Leather is luxurious. I would never have selected this car if I didn't already own a Forrester, which is also well built. I feel like I bought a luxury car for a 15K discount if not more

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!

My third Subaru and like the others is attractive and roomy enough to fit 5. I've hauled 8ft boards inside with the doors/trunk closed (only an Outback would hold more). The (now sadly discontinued) 6-cyl engine has about 51000 miles now and is smooth and sounds better than a four. Fuel economy is decent and, on regular gas, averages in the low 20s. It has all the 'nannies' which make driving safer for me. I just love looking at my car which is important to me. This one's a keeper!

The 2021 Legacy is improved comfort riding, leg room, the dashboard is digitalized at greater extend. the Charcoal gray color is awesome, looks very elegant. I like the new wheel design and interior changes that add a luxury look that my 2019 did not have.

I am 74 years old and this is the sixth Subaru legacy that I've leased since my husband's death. It provides me a secure ride in bad weather and is a pleasure to drive when the sun shines. I may purchase this one.

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

Long wait to be taken care. It can be done better especially when there were not a lot of people to be waited on by the service desks.

This car drives very well especially in wintery conditions. The car also has blue tooth which can connect a phone or mp3 player for playing music.

Purchased new in March 2018 Legacy Limited 2.5. Used as main commuting car until late 2023-now has 89000 miles. Commute 84 miles roundtrip at 80-85 mph, very steady and secure and 29-30mpg. Excellent in heavy rain (never driven in snow) we get in Houston. Will keep 4 more years but Subaru discontinued the Legacy so likely another brand if I want a sedan.

We bought a few vehicles over several years and they all were great, next time we decide to upgrade, we will definitely go back to Reels, they are the only dealer we trust because they are totally honest and Dan, the owner is the best, he cares about people and he will do his best to find the right vehicle for you, we will never go anywhere else!

I love the AWD system. The car handles very well in snow. It handles really good no matter the road conditions. I've owned this car for 7 years and it's never left me stranded. Gets decent gas mileage. And it has great visibility. The 2014 Legacy 3.6R is overall my favorite car I've ever owned. If I had one thing I'd like to see improved, it would be to make a turbo or preferably a twin turbo version with like 450HP.
