What sealed the deal was the awesome trade-in allowance they offered us on our 2014 Ford Escape Titanium which was more than any other dealer had offered us. The 2021 Legacy is improved comfort riding, leg room, the dashboard is digitalized at greater extend. the Charcoal gray color is awesome, looks very elegant. I like the new wheel design and interior changes that add a luxury look that my 2019 did not have.

Had the first service today. A wonderful experience from drop off to pick up. Service Department is excellent, can not say same for sales department. Tried to purchase the same auto from sales. Still have not heard from General Manager or owner to explain why I did not.

I am 74 years old and this is the sixth Subaru legacy that I've leased since my husband's death. It provides me a secure ride in bad weather and is a pleasure to drive when the sun shines. I may purchase this one.
