The 2021 Legacy is improved comfort riding, leg room, the dashboard is digitalized at greater extend. the Charcoal gray color is awesome, looks very elegant. I like the new wheel design and interior changes that add a luxury look that my 2019 did not have.

Wife had 3 Subaru's maintained at Ziegler since 2014. We also bought a used car for daughter in 2021. All good!! Service Writer Lauren Gaines is Exceptional! Wife's car blew out a rear wheel brake cylinder in 2023. We limped in & explained the problem to Lauren, she checked the puddle of brake fluid around the rear wheel & immediately put a hand written sign, NO BRAKES, on the dash before finishing the repair order. Adults can't be taught common sense or personal responsibility ...

Took the car in as I was hearing a slight thumping sound that I felt should not be happening. In no time I was told that I should have had the tires rotated that I had over-looked. Derik notified me of the problem, the solution and there was no charge

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

Bought 2013 Legacy 2.5 premium in early 2014 with approximately 9k miles. Now has 88k and other than routine maintenance no other issues. It has been and remains one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. That includes a few BMW’s and Mercedes. Great all year round especially in the winter. Will definitely consider another Subaru if this one ever xxxxxx. Hoping not

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Great, friendly staff and fast service. Clean location. Had a maintenance plan, that I believe should have been long expired, but I still had a free oil change on it. They still honored it. Great customer service!

Bought the Legacy Touring XT model. Previously owned Lexus and Infinitis, and this is a good or better than those cars. Smooth handling and responsive engine/ride. Dashboard is easier to use than expected. Nice connection to Airplay. Speakers are great. Safety systems are very good. Leather is luxurious. I would never have selected this car if I didn't already own a Forrester, which is also well built. I feel like I bought a luxury car for a 15K discount if not more

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.

Replaced my 10 yr old Legacy as 2025 is the last model year. I loved my 2015 Legacy. Very reliable and no issues at all at 122k. Hoping for the same. The 2025 has some nice improvements. So far, so good!
