I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. John was very helpful and Adrian was the greatest he worked with me every step of the way and he made sure I drove off the lot with the car i wanted. The Subaru Outback is one of the best cars on the road. This car is definitely worth every penny that it costs. Performance at reliability cannot be underestimated. The company stands behind its warranty in every way. It’s like having a more expensive car without the hassle and expense!

The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

This is second Subaru purchased from this dealership this dealership. Both times were stress free with professional sales. Service department is the reason I purchase Subaru's. Not only do you get a quality product, the service department and their staff are beyond compare.

We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Car has an excellent ride. It is quiet. The comfort, interior quality is very good including leather seats. Fit and finish is very good. I enjoy the quality.

After several very frustrating days of shopping for a new vehicle, we took a neighbors advice and went to Classic Subaru. We've never had a better car buying experience in our lives! These people really care about their customers. There was no manipulation, no hassle, no pushing. They explained everything articulately, they took their time with us (and we were there at closing time -- how nice was this?), they listened to our needs, they were interested in us as people, not just money walking through the door. We bought a Forester and I have turned into a "car person," even though I have never been that before. I find every excuse in the world to drive this lovely vehicle and look forward to going back to this dealership to ask a few questions about the technology. My advice to anyone is shop around certainly, but do not buy until you go to classic Subaru. Eric Frisch, the GM, and his team are special people who sell special cars. These dear people go out of their way to put you in the car you want. My husband and I will keep buying from Classic Subaru without a doubt and we recommend this dealership and the wonderful people who work there to everyone.
